Great service on a recent stop. These folks enjoy their job and care about their customers and it really shows.

Flew up to IPT to reposition 4 RV's (-8, -7, -12, -10) in an effort to stay clear of Hurricane Irene. This FBO was unbelievable. Put us all in a nice roomy hangar that looks like it could have withstood a nuclear blast. Charged us about half of what everyone else was asking. Got us a rental car to drive back to LI and let us keep it for the duration for the trip back. One great experience and we will certainly be back. What a FBO. Great work DeGol!!!

An unplanned stop-over at KIPT led me here. They were fantastic. Wayne in particular went out of his way to help a transient with no knowledge of the local area, helped me find a place to stay overnight. The next day all of the staff was welcomeing and helpful as we waited for the fog to lift and provided some great advice which helped to get me back on my way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. And to top if off, no landing or overnight fees were charged. Thanks DeGol!

Even though it was a Saturday evening, our lineman was cheerful and helpful. While he fueled another plane that had arrived he had no problem with our young boys stretching their legs in the air-conditioned lounge. Prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly wave as we fired back up.

We lost an alternator east of this airport. We called in and were met promptly by Scott at Degol. He diagnosed the problem, had us repaired and fueled and on our way in 2 hours. Highly recommend this place!!

This FBO was WONDERFUL. I was traveling through on Easter weekend. I stopped in the after on Good Friday for fuel. I was greeted by friendly people. I was in need of a mechanic. Scott Walsh came out to greet us. He went out of his way and BEYOND the call to duty to assist us!!!! I cannot express how grateful we were. I highly recommend this FBO. Unfortunately less than impressed this evening. We arrived in a Citation at about 630pm. I had called ahead of time to notify of our arrival and requested a vehicle for our passengers. Even though I had spoken to the front desk on the phone and they confirmed the vehicle would be rampside upon arrival, this was not done. In fact, they did not have our vehicle at all. Because we are "staying overnight" they had us park probably 300 yards from the office. No other aircraft on the ramp. No reason to park out in the boonies. No assistance with baggage or getting my passengers to the door. We had to commandeer a golf cart for this purpose. Bottom line, nonexistent service. For the location, the fuel price is also absurd @ 4.80/ gal. Avoid unless you're coming in a 172.

Flew our two grandsons up yesterday for Little League World Series action and it was great! Donna and the others at DeGol were very helpful and friendly. Our rental car was planeside by the time we got out and it was a no hassle transaction, picking it up and returning it! Thanks all!

ARF used Degol as a transfer point for an ARF flight this weekend. We were transporting a rescued pit bull from Kentucky. Unfortunately, the flight was running 3 hours behind. Degol normally closes at 9pm but Wayne didn't hesitate to stay as long as he was needed. I think he was finally able to go home at 1130pm. Thanks to Wayne and to Degol for going above and beyond the call of duty to help Animal Rescue Flights!
