All I can say is WOW!! I taxied up in my Bonanza and was treated like I had just taxied up in a Lear. The guys had my rental car pulled around, helped load luggage, topped it off and cleaned the windshield. I'm sure I was in the way just standing there with my mouth open. E X C E L L E N T service and I just happened upon the Saturday weekend fuel rate of $1 off! I will be back should business take me to Houston again. Thanks guys and gals!

Woody the airport manager met us at the plane for a wonderful greeting! Hospitality is number one for him. Great atmosphere of Texas kindness! Will stop in every chance I get!

Flew in to KIWS late Sunday to pick up a passenger...... Super quick line service and a fast turn...... 100LL was $1.55 per gallon less than home base..... Impressive facility and staff..........

Great airport! Everyone was very friendly - line guys and the girls at the desk. Someone earlier mentioned a bit tricky to get out. It really wasn't. Clearance is available on the ground. Got my clearance; taxied to runup and called clearance again. Literally, 30 seconds and I was cleared. It is a busy GA airport. Lots of hangars and a lot of training. I don't rent, but they had a lot available and at good rates. Also a $1 off fuel on the weekends. I was, unfortunately, there on a Monday. Ellington was my favorite Houston destination. Now it's West Houston.

Stopped in June 28, 2011 and, as I have experienced at this FBO in the past, the service was great, staff was friendly and very helpful. Also, after leaving a personal item in my rental car I was able to contact Cody and he located the item and I had it back within 2 days. His help is very much appreciated.

It's privately run, and it SHOWS! They are great. The staff CARES... Can you believe it? These days it's hard to find anybody who takes my money who actually cares, but it is true at West Houston. They were extremely helpful, and fun to work with. I wish more FBOs and businesses were run as well as IWS. I'll definitely be back! Loved it.

It's always a pleasure to spend the day with the wonderful folks at West Houston. The facility is very, very comfortable and the personnel are outstanding -- one and all. I especially appreciate the use of the crew-car overnight, the free burrito-breakfast, and the deep discount on fuel pricing. Thanks folks.

Great line crew. Met me at the ramp and drove the courtesy car up to my aircraft for easy loading. Excellent pilot shop. Ice cold bottled water on the ramp. Weekend fuel prices are some of the best in Texas. Two thumbs up for Woody and his crew!

I flew in last Monday in a citation bravo, this was my second time at West Houston Airport and let me tell you it was absolutely fantastic. The line service manager who greeted me at the plane was so helpful and very polite. After helping my passengers with their bags he even offered us ice-cold bottled water for the road. Customer service rep. Stacie was first class happy to answer any question I had. West Houston is a first class facility there is no doubt I will be back again.

Flew in twice over this weekend to drop off & pick up, and was astonished by this facility! Impeccable quality, very large rooms for passengers and pilots separately, well-equipped weather/computer station, kitchen, etc. Quick-turn on fuel, and they took excellent care of us. Well-done! Took a short ride on both trips to Clay's restaurant nearby, my daughter LOVED the petting zoo!! Also several other restaurants nearby. Good high-quality place, just a little extra navigation with Houston's busy Class B but we'll be back!

Just tied out at West Houston for a few days this past week. Great place. The FBO and Stacie are first class. They have a weekend fuel discount, which made the 100LL under $4.

Great airport, great staff, and extremely convenient to anything in West Houston. Crew car for 3 hrs with fuel purchase (RV-7), was a nice Crown Victoria. Will definitely be visiting more often.

Flew in a couple of weeks ago in a C177 from Oklahoma. Hung out in the terminal/FBO all day while my passenger was in town. Great service! Gave me a crew car no questions asked for lunch. Good fuel price, nice flight planning and lounge for pilots. Would definitely visit again.

The West Houston airport terminal is a first class operation with friendly, professional personnel. The facility is so comfortable and provides every service we could possibly need for a cross-country stop. If planning to stay overnight, call ahead to find out about car availability and room discounts. West Houston is the only airport I can imagine wanting to use when we visit family in the area!

Flew in for a short weekend stay on Saturday morning. We were met by a great Line Technician and was not prepared to purchase fuel until he informed us of the weekend sale they were having at $2.94 for avgas. Our Enterprise rental car was there and ready and the folks at the desk informed us to call ahead of time prior to our return and they would have our plane upfront and ready to go, which is exactly what happened. First Class service from First Class folks!!!
