I flew in last Monday in a citation bravo, this was my second time at West Houston Airport and let me tell you it was absolutely fantastic. The line service manager who greeted me at the plane was so helpful and very polite. After helping my passengers with their bags he even offered us ice-cold bottled water for the road. Customer service rep. Stacie was first class happy to answer any question I had. West Houston is a first class facility there is no doubt I will be back again.

Flew in twice over this weekend to drop off & pick up, and was astonished by this facility! Impeccable quality, very large rooms for passengers and pilots separately, well-equipped weather/computer station, kitchen, etc. Quick-turn on fuel, and they took excellent care of us. Well-done! Took a short ride on both trips to Clay's restaurant nearby, my daughter LOVED the petting zoo!! Also several other restaurants nearby. Good high-quality place, just a little extra navigation with Houston's busy Class B but we'll be back!

Just tied out at West Houston for a few days this past week. Great place. The FBO and Stacie are first class. They have a weekend fuel discount, which made the 100LL under $4.

Great airport, great staff, and extremely convenient to anything in West Houston. Crew car for 3 hrs with fuel purchase (RV-7), was a nice Crown Victoria. Will definitely be visiting more often.

Flew in a couple of weeks ago in a C177 from Oklahoma. Hung out in the terminal/FBO all day while my passenger was in town. Great service! Gave me a crew car no questions asked for lunch. Good fuel price, nice flight planning and lounge for pilots. Would definitely visit again.

The West Houston airport terminal is a first class operation with friendly, professional personnel. The facility is so comfortable and provides every service we could possibly need for a cross-country stop. If planning to stay overnight, call ahead to find out about car availability and room discounts. West Houston is the only airport I can imagine wanting to use when we visit family in the area!

Most friendly and professional FBO. When you fly in, you're greeted by professional and smiling line personnel that are well trained on all sizes of aircraft. When you taxi up with your friends or business associates on board this FBO will impress them and will make your folks feel important. Full service fuel at self-service price, is just one of the many benefits you'll enjoy!

Flew in for a short weekend stay on Saturday morning. We were met by a great Line Technician and was not prepared to purchase fuel until he informed us of the weekend sale they were having at $2.94 for avgas. Our Enterprise rental car was there and ready and the folks at the desk informed us to call ahead of time prior to our return and they would have our plane upfront and ready to go, which is exactly what happened. First Class service from First Class folks!!!

We use West Houston frequently. We were immediately directed to a parking spot up front. Barely got the engine shut down & a lineman was there to see what we needed. He was very friendly, showed us to the lounge, we didn't need fuel, but that didn't seem to matter. Their service is excellent, the FBO is very nice, and staff is very professional. I highly recommend them if you need to stop in or around Houston.

Highly recommend going to West Houston for fuel or tie-down; they are an actual FBO that will treat you and your aircraft with respect.

Real nice airport that I've flown into four times in the past year from the Dallas area. Good line service, friendly counter staff and a fuel discount on the weekend. This is a no-hassle place to park and fuel, and good terminal building facilities and parking.

I've been based at IWS since 93; along with 2-dozen pilots or so we have several partnership aircraft scattered across the field. The line staff and front desk personnel do a superb job. I recently was there during a nasty thunderstorm that moved through the area rather suddenly. The effort exerted by Woody, Rich and the line guys was truly unbelievable. The line guys donned their rain gear and scrambled to move airplanes and vehicles to safety in the middle of the storm. You guys are the best and we appreciate it!

I base my Bonanza A36 N552CM at this airport and have been remiss in not posting sooner. The line staff, and the counter staff are terrific. Please stop in during the week and especially on the weekend for a sumptuous breakfast and excellent service. Woody runs a fantastic operation.

Flew in Friday evening. The line guy was out quickly even in the rain, and told me that if I waited until Saturday morning to refuel, there would be a discount. Wound up paying $3.99/gal, the lowest cost of the whole trip, and having great service too. Good place to land in Houston.

As others have commented, they have a nice facility in a convenient location to West Houston. They do offer a fuel discount Saturdays. I was charged $10 / night self service tie down for the 2 weeks I was there.

The folks here are very friendly and the service has always been excellent. The facilities are first class including a free bottle of cold water for pilots at the door in hot weather. They have computers available for weather and flight planning. I recommend it for anyone having occasion to come to the west side of Houston.

Saturday fuel discount is currently $3.92. If you buy and fly on Saturday, they'll extend the discount to you on Sunday also.

I tried the West Houston airport during a recent Angel Flight mission. I was required to wait about 4 hours for my passenger to see the doctor and return. Everyone at West Houston was helpful and friendly. Provided crew car for lunch in the area and gave overall excellent service. This FBO has very comfortable and first class facilities.

Great airport and FBO! Absolutely first class service and accommodations. Convenient to where I go in Houston. All that being said, why these guys can't get some weather reporting is baffling. No problem on most days, but in marginal conditions it's an added hassle. Still, I like this airport.

Flew in on Feb 21st for a business meeting. Excellent FBO and service. Offered special fuel discount for refueling after 8:00 PM. Very friendly and convenient for access to Galleria area. A pleasure doing business. Will return.
