Landed my PA24 at IXD to wait out wx at LXT. Line crew very professional and attentive. Wx moved into IXD. Line folks offered to move my plane into a large hangar at no charge while wx moved thru. Time to depart we boarded in the hangar and they pulled us out into light rain for engine start. Even gave me a generous discount on fuel price! Couldn't have been more accommodating to an old gent and his missus in a Comanche tho they thrive on Bizjets.

After a quick turn for a Pilots-n-Paws transport, experienced a fouled plug on run up and was unable to clear. John and Kelly immediately got Al to look at and fix the issue, which resulted in just an hour delay for our return flight. Great response and help, which I and our canine passengers really appreciated as we still made our connections.
