This FBO should be the example all other FBO's should follow. Friendly staff. Excellent service. The line service even asked me if they could clean my windshield. When was the last time you heard that?

What a great FBO this is. We visited them last week on a trip from CO to TN. The service was perfect and very prompt. They even invited us to join them for their Friday lunch and for ice cream! These are really nice people doing a great job in a really good facility. Thanks for a great experience.

Flew in on Monday 3/28 as Angel Flight and was blown away by the service rendered by Jefferson City Flying Service. I was met planeside by lineman to carry patient’s bags to next airplane. I was met inside by a team of folks falling over themselves to be helpful any way they could. They ordered me a to go box lunch from the restaurant on field and I was refueled and ready to go in a matter of minutes. Simply outstanding service all the way around.

I just want to say thank you to all of the staff at JCFS. I have been flying out of JEF weekly for over 2 years now and the service has been excellent. I would highly recommend JCFS to any pilot that needs maintenance or just appreciates good service. Thank you again.

Flew into JEF Sat morning 01/29/2011. Blew a rt main tire on the Dakota. Deven was quick with tow and a dolly to get us to the Shop. Grant and Chris were called in and quickly put a new tire on and had us back in the air within two hours. Even offered a crew car so we could get some lunch. Much thanks and kudos to JCFS for fast and friendly service.

I was on the way to Scott AFB for the show this year when the weather went south fast. I stopped at JEF for the night and the guys at Jefferson City Flying Service were incredible!!! Best Treatment ever!! It's a stop I'm making on any cross-country out their way.. Thank you!!

I live just 4NM from Columbia Regional (KCOU), but I (like many) choose to hangar with Jeff City Flying. Consistently-good service for three of us that fly our own planes, and our NetJet customers that shuttle in for clients. No question is too much to ask the crew here if you're in a bind.

Excellent service from Jacob and JCFS. We flew in to find the Restaurant was closed for Labor Day. They threw me the keys to the crew car and gave me directions into town for lunch, no fuel purchase required. I had them top off the airplane anyway. Jacob noticed the bugs on the windscreen and cleaned it free of charge. My two little co-pilots watched cartoons in the lounge while I did the flight planning. Great people and great stop...Will be back.

Great stop. I picked KJEF because it opens at 0630. I taxied in before 7am and the line guy parked and fueled the Husky promptly. This FBO has internet access, clean restrooms, opens early and stays open late and has fast acting staff What more do you need in a fuel stop? Food? Yup, they have that next door too but I did not try it.

We spent 2 weeks basing out of JEF doing aerial survey work. Great place to go if you want service and friendly people. I have been to many small FBO's around the country and this is one on the top of my list. They were able to help us with every thing we needed and even gave us great discounts on keeping the plane in a heated hangar. Stay at the Double Tree for an overnight...Its better than the Hampton Inn.

Outstanding service again. This has to be one of the best FBOs for service that I have been to. The crew car was being used so I was loaned a personal car for my 1.5 hour needs in Jeff City. They were even having a luncheon for donations that saved me a lot of time. Nice facility, too. Everywhere should be this good. Thank you.
