In today with our Turbo Commander N900NE and have 'best of' all services. Thanks folks. Well done.

Excellent service from Jacob and JCFS. We flew in to find the Restaurant was closed for Labor Day. They threw me the keys to the crew car and gave me directions into town for lunch, no fuel purchase required. I had them top off the airplane anyway. Jacob noticed the bugs on the windscreen and cleaned it free of charge. My two little co-pilots watched cartoons in the lounge while I did the flight planning. Great people and great stop...Will be back.

Stopped on way to OSH, great service with friendly staff. Nice airport with a great view of the state capital, nice restaurant as well made it very convenient!

Great stop. I picked KJEF because it opens at 0630. I taxied in before 7am and the line guy parked and fueled the Husky promptly. This FBO has internet access, clean restrooms, opens early and stays open late and has fast acting staff What more do you need in a fuel stop? Food? Yup, they have that next door too but I did not try it.

We spent 2 weeks basing out of JEF doing aerial survey work. Great place to go if you want service and friendly people. I have been to many small FBO's around the country and this is one on the top of my list. They were able to help us with every thing we needed and even gave us great discounts on keeping the plane in a heated hangar. Stay at the Double Tree for an overnight...Its better than the Hampton Inn.

Outstanding service again. This has to be one of the best FBOs for service that I have been to. The crew car was being used so I was loaned a personal car for my 1.5 hour needs in Jeff City. They were even having a luncheon for donations that saved me a lot of time. Nice facility, too. Everywhere should be this good. Thank you.

Best FBO in the state of Missouri. It's a pleasure to know everyone that's associated with JCFS. You will enjoy your experience and be very happy you stopped in.

We fly a 340 and use Jefferson as a halfway stop to St. Paul. The restaurant next door is great to use during the refuel time. Last week we where flying in late on a Sunday and Jacob waited for us, great service.

Excellent Avionics (Keith B) and Maintenance folks. Had them fix my GPS, my transponder and install shoulder belts on separate occasions. Everything was done right the first time. Highly recommended.

Great service after landing RWY 30. TWY A is brand new and looks good. Was met and parked by line service. Went into the FBO to check the weather. FBO was clean and well kept. Great job and a great impression overall. I will be back.

Dustin provided us with five-star service on 05/31/08. He made short work of getting us parked and set-up with a car and hangar for the night. It was steamy and hot when we landed that afternoon, so he took the initiative to start our rental and crank up the A/C. He also called ahead to the Fairfield Inn to check on room availability. As we prepared for departure the following morning, our experience with JCFS staff was equally pleasant. We always appreciate great customer service!

Great service, and turn-around for GA pilots. For specific requests, call them ahead and they will try their best to accommodate. If flying in on Fridays, don't miss their fish fry lunches, free to all pilots and guests traveling through.

I had an overnight stop in Jefferson City and could not have had a better experience with Jeff Flying Service. They were expecting me, had a courtesy car ready, and gave me a discounted heated hangar storage rate with fuel purchase. All FBO's should be like this. I highly recommend this FBO.

The group here was very friendly, and offered ice cream as soon as I stepped out of the plane. Great place to visit, and I would be willing to come back again.

On 7-13 my daughter & I were departing from a nearby airport for a New Mexico vacation. During run-up we discovered we lost a mag. I called Steve Wilburs (shop mgr) & he troubleshot the problem. After learning we were leaving on vacation he sent an A&P down to my airport with all the parts necessary to rebuild the mag. Our departure was only delayed 4 hours. I can't say enough about their service department. They always go the extra mile to make you feel like you are their best customer. Thank you again for saving our vacation.

Arrived here just at sunset on Sunday, July 1 after trying to escape the weather to the west. There was a flight instructor there with a student. The FBO had closed several hours earlier. He arranged a Courtesy and car and gave us recommendations on a Motel. The next morning the line crew got the four planes in our group fueled in short order. Great stop with great service. Thanks guys.

Stopped for a one-night stay. Lineman parked the aircraft and had the car rental keys in his hand. I think the car was from a local car rental company. We were on the road in 10 minutes after landing! Great service.

From Robert Ochs on 06-May-2007
I read the reviews so I had to visit while taking some R&R in Jefferson City (drove there). The lineman Mark was really friendly and helpful. I wanted to see the rental planes. While Mark was busy fueling planes he showed me the 2 Warriors and the Cessna. Mark was very aware of his schedule, but still took the time to be courteous to me. He said the FBO owner impresses that on everyone. Mark seemed to really enjoy his job and working for JCFS. ... Oh and he mentioned the free lunches on Fridays. Someone at the top knows how to run a successful business. Kudos.

Stopped en route to Wisconsin on a Friday. Very helpful and friendly staff and had a free chicken dinner to boot. They do this every Friday. This was my third stop there but the first one on a Friday. Even without the free meal, this is a very first class facility with people that go out of their way to help you.

From Pat Rinearson on 30-Mar-2007
Great facility with reasonable fuel prices. Three ice cream flavors always on hand, nice large coffee cups–with lids! I hear they have a free lunch Friday as well! Quick and courteous service–great fuel stop.

From Carlos Roca on 02-Feb-2007
Nice facility and runway, great people. Our second visit and always a good experience.
