Great FBO. They really go the extra mile. I needed to clean the inside of the aircraft (Kid's & Popcorn - You do the math). They pulled the aircraft into the hangar, out of the rain, & got me a vacuum. If you ever come to Gulf Shores, WAP Air is the place to stop.

This is my second posting and since I have been using WAP Air on a regular basis since they opened I felt justified in writing again. They have the greatest group of people that I have ever encountered at any FBO anywhere....Crissy and the rest of their staff is truly there to serve your any need. With that being said, I would recommend that the JKA Airport Authority put up taxiway markings for the new taxiway that serves WAP Air and also allow WAP Air to construct a sign at the SE corner of the field to give directions to their facilty. They are hidden behind the trees and you really have to know where you are going to find them. However, once you get there it's well worth the effort....Keep up the good work guys.

WAP FBO took great care of us. We got an oil change, fuel, and a rental car without any hassles. They even pulled me into the hangar when a storm came through! Great service! N1419S

Absolutely the best FBO! I just want to thank the crew at WAP Air for being so courteous and helpful. They have a beautiful facility with good fuel Prices. We (my wife and I) flew in unannounced, used their courtesy car, Tied down our plane for 5 days, refueled and was asked if we needed anything else! Thanks for the great job folks - -we will see y'all again soon!

WAP is the BEST FBO we have ever used! Jennifer and James could not have been more helpful. The car we had rented from Avis was not on the airport, but Jennifer secured us a car from Enterprise in short order. Hangaring was great and a great price. We will be back.

Wonderful FBO!! Very friendly staff. Adequate, clean and new facility. Great fuel prices. If arriving at night, just make sure you have an airport diagram with their location marked (it's very hard to see them at night). Highly recommended!

Stopped here for a meal at Lamberts restaurant. Very nice facility, courteous and helpful folks, and they offered me a discount on fuel for my first stay here. I called in advance for the courtesy car, and it was waiting for us when we landed. We visit this area often, and I will return to WAP Air.

I used WAP Air for my Bonanza during visit to Gulf Shores over Spring Break. They were professional and pleasant- a nice combination. Their facilities are top-notch. Click on the WAP Air logo on AirNav to see a current taxi diagram that shows their location. The NOS-chart taxi diagram does not show their facility or the taxiway from which it is accessed.

A great NEW facility at a great airport. I have a second home in Orange Beach and recently flew an Angel Flight out of WAP Air. The people there were great. Give these folks as try. They are definitely pilots FBO.

We used WAP Air while we were in Gulf Shores Monday through Friday. Great facility, great service and very nice people. The line guy was very friendly and efficient as well. They even put the plane in the hangar when bad weather came through the area. We'd highly recommend using them. We certainly will if we are in the area again.

Visited Gulf Shores the last 3 days and I have not met a friendlier or more helpful bunch. After departing, I had a mike problem and had to return. Their mechanic was excellent and had me up and flying in no time. Kudos!

Stopped at JKA today. WAP Air service was excellent--both the lineman and behind the desk. 100LL prices are some of the lowest in the area and certainly the lowest on the field. No ramp fee, even without a fuel purchase. Very nice, clean facility. WX computer, TV's, comfortable couches. Definitely one of the best fuel stops in the Southeast.

I fly into KJKA in a 182 every spring for 4 or 5 nights. WAP Air had just been open for a month when I came in mid-March. I see comments about friendly FBOs. THIS is a friendly FBO! Everyone was great and bent over backwards to make it a good experience. When you land give WAP Air a call on 131.1 & they'll take care of you. They are kind of hidden. Not to mention the fuel was MUCH cheaper than across the field. Try em you'll like em!

I just called WAP Air & was advised they have no ramp fees and fuel price is competitive with the other FBO, which rips u on ramp fees. I will go to WAP Air in the future.

We flew our Maule into Edwards to drop off a passenger and a quick turn around. We called ahead to WAP AIR where linemen marshalled us in to the line and pumped fuel promptly. Jennifer had arranged for us a clean crew car and no facility or ramp fees just like it should be. Very nice people at this new facility, which we noticed, is properly fenced for security. WAP AIR was a pleasant experience for us. Much better than most FBO's. We will be back!

I visited the new facility yesterday. I am extremely excited. Everything is first rate and the owner, Alan Preskitt, is a pilot who really seems committed to catering to pilots of all levels. This will hopefully be a great addition to JKA.
