Stopped in a couple of weeks ago, on our way to AirVenture (Oshkosh). The line staff gave us an extremely quick turnaround. The restaurant (on field) is one of the best you'll find at an airport. It has a diverse menu at reasonable prices & the food is plentiful and tasty. The controllers (tower and approach) are a joy to work with – a nice change of pace from many areas of the country.
Stopped at Jackson on the way back from Oshkosh for food and fuel. An absolutely fine specimen of a GA airport. The restaurant was packed on a Thursday mid-day and fuel was inexpensive for full service. Facilities are new and controllers were efficient and professional.
