Stopped in for fuel in September and could not get the card reader to work and had to fly on to another airfield.

Got surprised by a .70/gal fuel increase, which I posted on AirNav immediately. As far as I can tell, you can't tell the fuel price until you get your receipt.

Flew in to KJYL on way to Hilton Head April 7. Fuel was $3.15 (maybe the lowest in the nation!). Self serve completely. Watch for short fueling hose for big twins you will have to maneuver in tight.

Stopped in from "Sun & Fun" in Lakeland, FL for a quick refuel. Gas prices as advertised on AirNav. Fast & efficient Self-Serve. Small pilot lounge with restrooms--no Wx or Internet access though cell access to MACON FSS attainable.

Good place for a quick self serve fuel stop. Fairly low price and pump very fast and in good working order. Daytime the small "terminal" building was unlocked, clean and spacious. No one around at all. Which was fine, since we didn't need anything. No phone, weather terminal etc and looks like no after hours acces to building.

Hey Ging, It's "TeeZelle"! Miss flying out of JYL. Been doing alot of flying around DNL. Sounds like nothing has changed much around my home field after reading the last postings " about the friendly dogs, etc." Makes me miss home! You and Jenny take care!

We flew in on a Sierra to check the status of a plane being painted. When trying to restart, the starter was broken. Here we were out in the middle of nowhere and I was late for an appointment in Atlanta. Hank came out and with two of his people changed the starter and I was on my way within 30 minutes. I couldn't believe that they even had a starter in the first place. The fuel is cheap and these are good hearted people that saved my butt.

Stopped by while I was goofing off in southeast Georgia. Airport is in good shape but where were the staff?
