I flew into LAW for business and was met by some of the nicest people in the world from LaSill Aviation. Art, Ernest, Cody and David are just some of the most gracious and welcoming people I've ever seen. They helped straighten out a rental car problem and had it there waiting on me when I landed. They bent over backwards to help me out in anyway possible. I normally fly into Chickashay because it's closer to my project sites, but decided to try Lawton this time due to rental vehicle issues (what is it about rent car companies nowadays...?!) Anyway, I know what it's like to have an airport FBO consider you a "nuisance". But the guys at LaSill definitely treated me like family. Definitely be back when I can. Keep it up, guys (Colossians 3:23) and Blessings!

Flew in on 3 March 2010 for business. They had pre-arranged our rental car (Hertz), had it waiting for us on-site, clean and inside the fence. Art Bailey's (manager) team met us, rapidly handled the immediate needs of my 4 passengers, including offering to help with the bags. They even called the day prior to ensure all my reservation needs were met. Friendly service all around.

Landed on 1 March to get fuel and check the weather for the next leg of my flight to San Antonio, TX. When it looked like the weather wasn't going to cooperate they already had hotel reservations ready to go! Great corporate rate at the new La Quinta in Lawton (almost 40 off the listed price)! They pulled up to plane, got my bags and drove me to the hotel (and told me to skip the taxi and just call them in morning when I'm ready to leave). Great service! Flying in the south might be a weather challenge but the hospitality is worth it!

A GREAT FBO! I rented their Cessna 172 while stationed at Ft. Sill. A nice solid plane to fly at a great price and very friendly folks.

I'm based at Lawton so I have extensive experience with LaSill Aviation and their services. These guys really are amazing in their customer service even for "locals" whom are regular users. I never have to worry about them completely topping of the tanks. The line staff always sticks around after refueling to help me push the plane back into the hangar. The real gem to LaSill is their maintenance activity. During normal working hours there are several mechanics on duty and I've seen them consistently work someone in (transient) that has a maintenance problem and are far away from home. I've even seen them work on the weekends to help someone get on their way to their destination. Try to find that level of service at any other FBO! Fuel prices are good and it's easy to get in/out of Lawton. The local controllers are very easy to work even with the Restricted Airspace to the north. Many times they let me cut across the RA when the military is not active.

On Fri 22 May '09 I stopped at LaSill Aviation for fuel. After being refueled the plane wouldn't start so a mechanic was called (Pete). He immediately diagnosed the problem as a worn out starter and pulled the plane into their maintenance hangar where the dismantled bad starter was confirmed. Pete ordered a new one for next day 9 am delivery. Maintenance supervisor Chris Pittman gave my wife and I a car and recommended a hotel. The plane was ready to fly by 11:30 am on Sat. The service provided was outstanding and the maintenance crew was also outstanding. Pete even came to work on Sat, his day off to get the plane fixed. Also amazing was the very, very, low cost of the repair. I could not have had a better place to breakdown than LaSill. I could not have had a better place to breakdown than LaSill.
