Great service. Flew in a Grumman Tiger and they had it refueled, tied down and had a shuttle on the way from the hotel almost before we got into the FBO.

Whether you are a "bug smasher" or "suck large amounts of Jet A" this is one of the best stops in the country!!! 8000' ILS runway plus services second to nobody twice their size. Debra Mendonca listens to the Unicom and when you land, beside great line service, you'll have hot chocolate chip cookies waiting for you. Inside the accommodations sparkle. If you fly and you haven't stopped here, you're missing out on a true "diamond in the rough."

Excellent service considering I am from the "dark side" of helicopters. Flew in after dark with "LaFawnduh". Line service was there to drive our bags to a waiting vehicle. They picked us up from the Hampton in the morning, helicopter was refueled overnight and ready to go when we arrived.

Flew in Saturday PM and stayed over night until Sunday AM. We were just a crew of 2 in a C-172; we got great service, very helpful, very friendly. Treated us with as much respect and appreciation as if we were a GulfStream V.

I have stopped in here several times when I'm flying from one side of the country to the other. Each time the customer service has been great. On July 5th, I came in 15 minutes after they closed but one of the line service techs stayed late to fuel me and let me use the FBO computer. I will continue to stop here on my cross-country trips, as you can't beat the prices, customer service, or the mom and pop diner in the terminal.

Stopped twice to and from CO. Nice place. And that restaurant in the terminal next door sure doesn't skimp on the food!

This is a good place to stop with excellent service. Nice FBO and friendly people. We did not use the restaurant. Some construction very near the north/south runway approach.

Great FBO. Stopped for overnight stay. Quick fuel fill and offer of hangar. Organized shuttle and hotel, helped with bags and local info. Highly recommend this FBO.

Flew into Trego/Dugan twice last week. Different staff crew both times, but they were very friendly & prompt. Would be great if all FBO's were this helpful. Would recommend this group.

Nice place. But they closed at 10pm. However the phone near the lobby has a number for a night callout. We used that phone and the person on the other end told us to call Quality Inn and ask for the Trego/Dugan discount rate and a van. Quality Inn was happy to honor the agreement and the van came within 5 minutes. Next day we discovered we were missing one of the IFR charts we needed. They didn't have any for sale but one of their instructors had the chart we needed. So we made copies of that chart and were on our way. Very nice facility with a lounge with TV, lazy boy chairs, weather computer, and a big table for flight planning. I'll be back.

Excellent cross country stop. Very friendly staff. We were greeted by a lineman and quickly fueled. Clean comfortable office area, with coffee made, soft drinks and snacks available. Computer for flight planning. Good place to take a break and relax and get an update on the weather where you are going before continuing on your way!
