We stopped at Lebanon as weather divert on 6/28/08, and were met by a wonderful lady who told us to go inside and eat, she'd tie the airplane down and gas it for us (it was raining). The food was free but wonderful, especially this lady's homemade soup. They gave us the courtesy car for the night so we could find a motel. Stopped in again on the return trip 7/3/08 (again held up for weather), this time our money was getting short so they let us sleep in the pilot's lounge, told us to help ourselves to the food in their fridge, gave us a key to the building and the key to the courtesy car when they went home for the night. Outstanding service, we'd go out of our way to visit again.

Stopped in our PC12 to drop some execs off for a meeting. Service was beyond what I would have expected for a small airport. We were greeted at the plane, and was advised that lunch was served at 11. It might have been one of the best meals I have ever had. I will definitely be back and take on some fuel!!!!!

Stopped in a couple times now. The first time, it was free lunch in the FBO with some friends, the second time, my wife and I called to see if they had a courtesy car available. They said sure and took my tail number. When we got there the car was ready and waiting right where I parked. We went inside to use the facilities and the staff was incredible. We told them we were just going out for a quick lunch and be back and they said we didn't need to go out, they'd throw some ham/turkey sandwiches and drinks together if we'd like. This is one of the top-tier FBO's I've been to and I'll definitely return. They really knock themselves out for you.

What a great FBO. Offered us lunch and a delicious selection of desserts, no charge - will have to redo our W&B next time! Fair fuel price and courtesy car overnight. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you very much. Have already told a bunch of folk about you.

This is what an FBO should be. Great facilities, friendly, helpful staff and free lunch weekdays! I will go out of my way in the future to visit this airport!

Stopped by on a X/C helicopter flight. This place is the best. Got fuel, a crew car, and directions to various motels right up the road. Great food and deserts here to! These people do it right.

I have bragged on this FBO to everybody I've talked to! I flew into this airport a couple of months ago and one of my fellow charter pilots has flown in more recently. We both agreed that this is one of the best FBO's if not the best, we had ever been to! Excellent service, clean facilites, and did I mention the food, UNBELIVEABLE! These people go above and beyond, and then some. I will definately go back! Keep up the good work guys, this is a model for all FBO's!

I stop by every chance I get due to the friendly service and the lunch is so outstanding that I would be willing to pay for it. But, since lunch is free, I try to leave some room in the tanks for some fuel when I arrive as well as room in the belly for some pie. They do a great job of taking care of their customers and everyone is welcomed with open arms. If you are ever in southern Missouri and need a place to layover, this should be the first destination on your list!! This FBO is top notch!!
