I have used a couple of airports when I visit south Louisiana and I can tell you Freeman is the best. I came in on Fat Tuesday and they managed to get me a car from Avis the only rental car agency open and they took care of me over night for two nights and only fee was a $5 facility fee. They were attentive to my needs and I will always use them going to South Louisiana.

Super awesome FBO and service! I stopped in with 2 DA40NGs recently on a very quick restroom and planning break, and this has to be the nicest FBO I have ever been in. The amenities are fantastic, and the environment is new and comfortable. I wish this were my base! The staff was super friendly, and the airport area is beautiful. I really hope to be able to visit again!

Needed to divert here due to an engine miss and have the engine looked at. The maintenance shop led by Glenn Carter and his gang took care of us in a great way! Sent us to a great BBQ place and came back and they were finished with the maintenance check. And continued on our way.

Went to pick up a local passenger that had never flown before, was charged just to stop and pick them up and return! I thought the fuel gas and all the federal, local taxes paid for the public use airports. I'm taxed to find the airport and can't use the ramp the public paid for! Want happen again! The airport commission needs to be told this!!!
