  Needed to divert here due to an engine miss and have the engine looked at. The maintenance shop led by Glenn Carter and his gang took care of us in a great way! Sent us to a great BBQ place and came back and they were finished with the maintenance check. And continued on our way.

  Went to pick up a local passenger that had never flown before, was charged just to stop and pick them up and return! I thought the fuel gas and all the federal, local taxes paid for the public use airports. I'm taxed to find the airport and can't use the ramp the public paid for! Want happen again! The airport commission needs to be told this!!!

  For many years I've been stopping at Freeman as a quick fuel stop on my way West. Service has always been good and the fuel prices fair. Stopped there yesterday and found, without warning, the Freeman is now charging Ramp and handling fees (and they're not cheap). I realize that the FBO business is tough, but these fees for a 20-minute stop and a 200-gallon purchase are excessive. Time to find a new fuel stop.

  First rate service for even a Piper Warrior. Greeted by courteous linemen who fueled upon arrival for a 4-day stay. Helped me unload, cover plane and carry luggage inside a new modern facility that had everything. Cheereful desk personnel got me all signed in and on my way. I bought fuel to help, as there were no tiedown fees. Canít beat service like this anywhere. Hope to return soon. I felt the plane was in good hands should inclement weather arrive.
