Visited on 6/25/09. Easy in/out. Great cookies. Filled up aircraft & there was a discrepancy on fuel price between AirNav and what was charged. Spoke to folks the next day and they handled it professionally (I received the advertised price). Kudos to the customer service folks.

Our N900NE Turbo Commander stopped here recently for a quick turn. We were not disappointed. Great fuel price and friendly staff.

The new FBO is open, right next door to the old location! Very, very nice facility. Friendly service as well! Always a fresh pot of Starbucks coffee around!

Landed around 8pm in a King Air, and was scheduled to fly to another destination. Things changed, and ended up being overnight. Blair at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice in setting up a crew hotel/car, while the linesman that wears the backpack full of liquid was just as great on the rampside - taking care of the airplane and helping out. These 2 individuals made the place run great, and I thank you both for it - we'll see you again soon.

Showed up at Million Air on Sunday June 8. When I checked the catering, to my surprise the caterers had sent the wrong liquor. Should be Crown Royal XR. (About $175.00) Chris Bullitt grabbed the bull by the horns and found a retailer nearby (On Sunday) and took me there before the pax arrived and it went without a hitch. Thanks and BRAVO Chris for the extra effort!! Stu

I stop here on a regular basis and have always gotten good service. The line guys always meet our aircraft and the services we request are done in a timely manner. I will be glad when the new facility opens its long overdue. It would be nice if the folks would get a few crew cars. Its always gone and no one understands what Two Hour Limit means on the car.

This is the first Million Air Facility that I have been to and not had serious complaints about service. The service was nothing exceptional, but was on par with all the other good FBO's out there. We were parked up front, met with the rental car, assisted in our unloading, and etc. All of this while operating out of a glorified trailer house. The new FBO building that is being built looks promising. Originally we had hotel reservations with the Comfort Inn that every one else has spoken ill of. The Million Air CSR suggested not using the Comfort Inn as well. Instead we used the Drury Inn. The price was competitive, and the hotel was one of the best we've ever used. My only suggestion is to not use Hertz if you can help it, but that is a separate issue not associated with Million Air.

I fly in and out of KLFT weekly in a Beech Sundowner and have always gotten friendly and prompt service, day or night. I can't imagine a Class C airport FBO more accommodating or appreciative to folks buying only 20 or so gallons of fuel. Thanks to John and all the great folks at Million Air Lafayette.

We travel to Lafayette at least twice a month and have always gotten excellent service, especially from Nancy inside and Craig outside!

Unscheduled stop a few weeks ago in LFT due to a passengers request, we requested a drop off without shutting down, but folks inside said no, we would have to shut down and pay a fee, or buy minimum fuel. We decided that since we had to shut down, we would just put on the fuel. Big mistake! Took nearly forty-five minutes to put courtesy fuel in our King Air. Destination passengers were standing around in disbelief. If we ever come through again, will just pay the toll, unless we are stuck there all day.

Very good experience with Million Air. Even though they are in a trailer while they build a new facility it was very nice and had comfortable furniture. Was able to use courtesy car to grab lunch for free after I topped off. Would recommend to other pilots.

Stopped for fuel at Million Air. The temporary building smells faintly of a dead skunk, but the service was outstanding. New building to be complete in April 08. The only thing that will keep me from stopping is the high fuel prices.

Stopped at Million Air around 10:30pm. Waited till 11:20 for the incompetent folks from Comfort Inn to come pick me up, but no joy, so the line guy drove me to the hotel. If you ever visit this town, avoid the Comfort Inn at all costs. Even though it's the closest hotel to the airport, it is disgusting. The rooms and buildings are sub-par and dirty at best. The staff was unpleasant. The inattention to detail when this place was renovated in the early... Oh, let's say 1980's, is mind-boggling. The workmanship shows a real lack of care, my room smelled, and I have never been so unimpressed with a room in all my travels. I stayed at a hotel the night before for $3 less that was 100 times more deserving of my business. I will not be staying there again. The folks at Million Air were pleasant to me and my plane was ready when I arrived in the morning.

Don't expect first class service unless your airplane says Gulfstream or Raytheon on it. They were pretty incompetent when it came to such a simple task as topping off a Cessna 172. The staff was friendly, but they could have been a little more organized.
