I landed en-route from Tucson to Lakeland for Sun N Fun 08 promoting the Air National Guard's website dedicated to midair collision avoidance. The self serve pump is right next to the FBO terminal building. LGC is modern with a hometown feel. Very friendly folks! Highly recommended.

After flying coast to coast and border to border in my experimental RV-4, I have to say LGC is the best small town airport in the country...Friendly folks, cheap fuel, nice FBO and good runways.

Self-serve pump is easy to use and as mentioned it’s now right next to the FBO building, which is a very nice facility. I'd recommend.

Quick stop here for gas and some FAA pubs. Good service, I'd recommend.

Nice airport to land into. Self Service pump has been move right next to the FBO building instead of all the way across the field. Friendly staff. I'd recommend Troup.

Troup Air is the best county/city run airport I've ever visited. Line personnel are long time employees and the service is great. Avis rental on site, and good maintenance shop should something go wrong. Well-kept airport grounds courtesy of the state of GA.

Stopped on way back from FL. Self serve pump is easy to use - only restroom near it is a porta-potty and the ladies did not appreciate having to use it. Regular restrooms are available across the field but you have to taxi to them or you can drop off and then taxi to self serve.

Our stopping point to Florida. Port-a-potty at self-serve pump is much appreciated. FBO has excellent area for the picnic lunch, we bring along. Fuel prices were our most expensive stop for this trip but the people and the facility make it a great place to stop and rest plus check weather for the rest of our flight.

Stopped by today and the SS was OTS. They honored the SS price even though they pumped it for me. Can't beat that and that is why I continue to go back even though I am based over 500 miles away. Just wish they would give pilots a ride to and from the hotel.
