Excellent Stop. Neat clean facility. Easy to use pumps with great prices, especially compared to KCMH

Absolutely wonderful experience! Flew into LHQ on November 1, 2011. Upon arriving I taxied to the self-service pumps, but was greeted by the Airport Manager to see if I needed any assistance using the pumps. After fueling up, I asked if they had a courtesy car. They did not, but Matt was kind enough to let me borrow his personal car to go grab a bite to eat. Matt was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! I definitely recommend this FBO to anyone! Very cheap gas, and very friendly service. Keep up the good work!

Almost 4800 TT as a professional pilot. The service at this airport was, hands down, the absolute worst I have ever seen. We arrived 8/26 during normal business hours. Prior to our arrival, we made 2 different calls to the FBO (1 from dispatch, 1 from pilots) to verify fuel price and that we could pay by company credit card provided by dispatch over the phone. After we arrived, we were told the fuel price was not as advertised and would now be .30 cents more per gallon. Despite the lineman's best efforts, he was unable to find a key to turn on the fuel pump. Fortunately, we had enough fuel to make Ross County Airport.

Flew my Tiger in for a quick stop and Miranda was very welcoming! She had information ready for local events. She then allowed me to use the computer to print off airport information (hope that doesn't get you in trouble? :)) At the time I did not need fuel but current prices were on the board and clearly stated by Miranda. Very nice experience will stop again!

I have generally had good experiences here and the facilities are good and the people friendly. However, they charge more than the guaranteed price for fuel. I paid $4.78/gal for self serve on 11/28, which is well over the advertised guaranteed price. Be careful before you top off.

This is one of the nicest FBOs we've ever been to. Clean, nicely decorated, and VERY helpful staff. They loaned us a crew car so we could grab lunch. Highly recommended!

There are very few places to go in this world where people are genuinely nice and do everything they can for the customer. Fairfield Air Ventures is just such a place. We arrived to spend an overnight at Hocking Hills park and the proprietor warned us about weather and insisted that I hangar my Bonanza A36. The next day we were unable to fly due to weather and he graciously allowed us to leave the plane hangared. He lent us his truck to go get a meal. The fuel prices are very reasonable. What a NICE PLACE!

Stopped at LHQ today for a quick business meeting in the area. Excellent service from the line staff and office staff. This is how an FBO should be operated, and I plan to return when in the area.

Flew up to take my Commercial-ASEL written test. Friendly professional staff, reasonably well stocked selection of charts and approach books. I was impressed and will be back.

Great day trip from Cincy! I flew in with my son for a couple hours hiking around the caves of Hocking Hills. Matt and the rest of the folks at Fairfield Air Ventures were friendly / helpful. I rented a care from Hertz in town (Mgr's name was Joe). Joe picked me up and dropped me off at the end of the day. Great experience.
