First class service from both the line crew and the CSRs at the desk no matter what type aircraft you arrive in. They WILL go the extra mile for you. I have flown in numerous times always in single engine planes and have always had great service.

Line guys were extremely helpful. But the front desk didn't seem to talk to the line guys, or the line guys would have known to put me in an overnight spot from the start. I was charged $40 for two nights tie down. I understand one night was free if I bought gas, but it was cheaper just to pay the extra $20. Good FBO if you need the full service experience but it comes at a cost.

What an amazing FBO! They've got everything here, including some of the nicest people. I was treated with such friendliness and respect that you would've thought I bought 1200 gallons of Jet A instead of the 12 gallons of 100LL. Crew cars, weight room, sleep room, showers, flight planning, lounge, restaurant, etc etc etc. I was offered everything I could imagine and more and anything I requested was there for me at a moment's notice. They tied my plane down at night and brought it to me when requested, and fueled, even though I wasn't sure I would be able to get away due to weather. But as soon as the weather broke, I was able to get myself out of there and Central (North) helped make my overnight stay at the airport the most comfortable I'd ever had!

Flew in for the Get Motivated convention yesterday. I was met on the ramp as I taxied in. Once I let them know what we were there for, they sent a van to pick us up from the plane and take us to the Verizon arena. Excellent service!

On a trip from Atlanta to Fort Collins, CO. About 35 minutes from KLIT my alternator went out in my Archer II. The Central maintenance personnel checked it out and had a new one installed within a couple of hours! Weather forced us to spend the night in Little Rock. Central arranged for a ride into town and back the next morning. Stayed near the River Front Market, which was fun to visit with numerous restaurants. Line, maintenance and front desk people were great. Will definitely stop there again.

Flew in late at night, the staff that met me when I taxied in were friendly and helpful. I paid to have the airplane tied down, however, and I was disappointed the next morning to find that it had not been tied down at all, the desk worker did apologize, however, I still would have been happier had the plane just been tied down, like I paid for.

Recently, I attended a clinic at KLIT and fueled up at Central before leaving. The Central's personnel were all pleasant, and their facilities were fine. One point to note is that the fuel price advertised does not include tax so you are surprised when you check the price before fueling.

Very friendly staff and quick service. They assisted a couple days with a lost receipt. I will definitely go back.

Actually, slightly lower than average. Flew in last week. Line help was great, front desk folks hardly noticed or seemed to care that we were there. Had my portable oxygen refilled - ouch!- 90$! Gas was also very expensive. I'm sure the owners will want to beef up their interior customer service (at least in attitude) to match or exceed the outside help.

Flew in for the day to LIT. This FBO is very nice. They met us and parked us, fueled us quickly. We had lunch at the Flight Deck, and used a courtesy car. They were very courteous! The planning room and pilot'ts lounge were nice and quiet. The passenger waiting area was also very nice. The fuel prices are a bit higher than we normally pay, but the customer service and facilities are a great benefit with that additional cost. I will be back.

We found Central to be a very busy FBO. The lineman was very efficient and most pleasant to deal with. Behind the desk we were met with less southern charm than we might have expected. However, they are very busy which helps explain their demeanor. We would definitely stop here again as it's a very easy airport to get in and out of and logistically we were handled with the utmost in efficiency.

Great fuel stop. Quick, competitive fuel; all necessary amenities for pilot and passengers; and well-organized line staff. Thank you!

Nice service even if you don't buy fuel, controllers in LIT are great even with all the runway construction.

My wife and I flew in for a conference in downtown Little Rock. We were greeted very pleasantly by the lady working on the ramp and by the counter people. They offered us a ride in their van to the Peabody. Aaron took us there in the van and he was very nice as well. Best customer service I have experienced in 10 years of GA flying. We will be back!!!

Nice FBO, no ramp fees for short stops in a single, decent restaurant, radio in pilot lounge to get clearance. ATC is training facility, but excellent nonetheless.

Outstanding! I've used Central for years and they've never disappointed me, even as a small piston airplane pilot. Never a wait, always courteous, and striving to please. My wife had left her coat in the back of our rental car and they were quick to ship it. Fuel may be a bit higher but it's well worth the service!

I stopped here on a very long cross-country flight for fuel and thankfully some lunch. There is a very large ramp of which of full of a wide range of aircraft sizes but my Skyhawk was fueled promptly and professionally. Inside the terminal was a cafe and a lounge area. LIT is a primary Charlie field so traffic was buzzing and ground waits were common for my co-workers getting out so that is something to consider if your in a hurry.

Stopped in to drop of a 'client' for pilots n' paws. Staff was exceptional and professional, even in my little piston plane. Fuel is VERY expensive, but expected at a larger class c airport. There wasn't a courtesy car there, but was able to rent a car...But base rate of $55 a day (mid size) no matter how long you had it. Not a bad stop, but consider North Little Rock if you don't want to pay the extravagant fuel cost.

Nice facility, very friendly and professional staff. They definitely cater for (and are tailored to) the Jet-A types, but were nothing but friendly to this 172 pilot. Nice lounge and airport restaurant. Expect to pay big city FBO type prices, and you won't be surprised. No overnight tie down fee with a modest fuel purchase (albeit a fairly expensive one per gallon). ATC very professional, and a nice airport facility in general; although a lot of work going on around the field right now.
