Great little small town airport. Courtesy van is in good shape and facilities are nice. Met a guy on the airport who was super nice. FBO building is small but well equipped. Would stop here again if needed. Fuel is priced right!

Great fuel stop on the way from NC to TX. Avgas 3.99/gal as advertised at the self-serve pump. Courtesy van waiting in the hangar so we could run to town for a quick lunch and get back on our way. Simple and perfect for our needs.

Stopped in on 2/20/2010. Almost no one around. Fuel price as advertised. Runway crests in middle so takeoff is uphill. Overall was a great fuel stop, worth serious consideration if going this way.

Stopped here after flying down from western NY and loved the hospitality. The 2 gentlemen at the airport couldn't do enough for us. After filling up they helped us move our plane to an open hangar; brought over the courtesy van for us to use overnight and gave us a map and directions to our motel. All this and fuel at $2.79. Can't beat southern hospitality.

Good self-serve stop. Watch for trees, power lines, and house on what appeared to be a hill on the approach end to the north runway. I would not want to fly in here at night unaware of the obstacles!
