Another great stay with Silverhawk. I flew in for Thanksgiving weekend, and was greeted quickly and efficiently. Although I didn't need much fuel, I was treated like a Gulfstream captain. My Skylane was secured well on the ramp, showing no ill effects from 45 kts winds that blew all weekend. Departing on a chilly morning, Silverhawk found the biggest Dragon preheater I have ever seen -- 250 degrees will warm up your engine in a hurry. No ramp charge, no charge for the preheat. Why would anyone stay anywhere else?

I came for the lower fuel prices, but it is the great service that will keep me coming back. I flew in on a Cornhusker game day. I was planning on staying for a couple of days to attend some family events. I asked if it was possible to plug my engine heater in after all of the game traffic leaves, they said no problem. When I came back on Sunday, I was surprised/amazed to find the plane parked in a heated hangar and plugged in too. That kind of attention to customer service will keep me coming back to Silverhawk. Keep up the great work!

Great airport and FBO. I called in advance and they reserved a room for me downtown at a crew rate as well as ground transportation. Fuel prices quite reasonable and no other charges. A great stop either for fuel only or overnight.

First trip to this Great FBO at Lincoln. Even though it was windy and pouring rain the fueling was accomplished as if it was just a normal day. Great to see the AIRBOSS discount, as every little bit helps in the days of higher fuel prices. We will stop on the return trip to pick up our friends who seem to be NEBRASKA fans!

Very efficient! Marvelous quick turn with no fuss. The under -4F temperature and -16 wind chill was a bit exhilarating.

I stopped in on the 23rd, my passenger had business in town. I stayed at the FBO all day in the pilots lounge. Although I only took on 20 gallons of fuel my passenger and I were treated very well. The next time I am in Lincoln I will use Silverhawk.

Arriving for two nights I signed a release allowing them to park my airplane in a hangar in the event of storms, at a small cost. When fog and light drizzle arrived, I expected my aircraft to be wet, or to pay a charge. What a treat to discover then that due to light traffic and available space, the lineman chose to park it indoors anyway without charge! These are good people.

On 18 Sep 10 I was ferrying a brand new Carbon Cub. I was two days into a three-day trip and had been going for over 13 hours that day. It was dark, I was tired and very ready to quit for the day. I landed at LNK and was lucky to pick Silverhawk as my FBO. When I pulled up I was met by two men who understood what I needed. They promised to take care of the bird and put her in a hangar. They also called inside and asked the young lady to set me up with a car and a hotel. By the time I collected my gear and made my way inside the young lady had me taken care of. I was on my way to the hotel less the ten minutes after I landed. The next morning MARK went out of his way to get me out of the hangar, fueled and on my way as fat as possible. Unfortunately I was in such a hurry that I stole the keys to their crew car that they had loaned me...... SORRY GUYS. Hopefully FedEx has returned them by now. These are they type of people that make moving an airplane a pleasure.

Visited Aug 12 2010, very friendly full service shop, made all possible efforts to accommodate our visit, which started as a quick turn and ended as an overnight stay. Highly recommended.

We flew in from Colorado Springs in our Malibu. We walked into the FBO and the second we came in the man at the desk offered my brother and I popsicles and popcorn. We had a change in plans and had to stay in the FBO for a few hours, it's great here. Definitely coming back!

Stopped for fuel here on June 14. Competent and careful line staff. Friendly desk staff. Sparkling facility. Popcorn. Great fuel prices, and the biggest AirNav AirBoss discount I have yet seen. What's not to like?

I have overnighted as Silverhawk several times in piston singles. Consistently good and attentive service on the ramp. Fuel prices pretty average. Nice waiting area and facilities inside.

When flying from Boulder, CO (KBDU) to Fox River, WI (96C) in a 100-knot airplane, weather can change the best flight planning. When I needed to review why I was not losing the 20-25 knot headwind (forecasted to switch to tailwind @ CO/NE state line), Silverhawk Aviation delivered a great place to utilize a quiet, well equipped planning room. When it was certain that the headwinds were going to stay (and so was I) I was offered a free crew car to get some dinner by Cacie. Unlike most "full service" FBO's, Cacie and her crew did not ignore or dismiss this 100LL ragwing driver. ***Kudos to Cacie and the Silverhawk crew!***

Stopped overnight at KLNK. They were changing shifts when I arrived and an employee took me to the hotel in his own vehicle. I was awakened in the night by major thunderstorms and obviously worried about the Mooney. When I got there the next day, they had moved the plane into the hangar during the night. I was able to load the plane in the hangar, and then they fueled and de-bugged the plane. Great folks. Great FBO.

This is a nice place to stop--especially if you have a lot of bugs on your plane. This is the only place in 48 states that offers to clean your leading edges! The other services provided were very good as well.

Stopped because of weather. They put my plane in a hangar, got me a car so I could finish my trip. This is the third time this has occurred and they have always been very helpful. Will stop next week on a trip to WI.
