Great staff, very helpful and courteous. I'll be back.

This is a great place to stop and have an overnight, but be aware if it is cold and snowy, a heated hangar is not available although a hangar is available to get out of the snow. The competitor on the field does not have a heated hangar either. Also there was no deicing equipment available. They did tow us over to the hangar where we could plug in our own heater. The self-serve was inop, but they fueled us for self-serve price.

I flew in on a Saturday and needed to get a rental car. I called before I left AGC and while Enterprise at the FBO wasn't open Sharee arranged a rental car through Enterprise’s operations at KSDF. I wasn't charged a ramp fee or a tie down fee, even though I was parked two nights. The line and front desk service was top notch. I loved Louisville and Bowman's a great airport to fly into. I'm eager to fly back and it'd be fun to see what the airports like during the weekend of a big race.

Recently tied down overnight while visiting family in Louisville. The staff was courteous and professional, had my plane fueled and ready the next day even though we departed hours earlier than we'd originally planned. We'll be back!

Friendly service, no problems, nice FBO. Queen of Sheba Ethiopian food across the street. Very good.

Once again wanted to use Central American but couldn't as I was arriving Saturday afternoon after noon, and there was no way to get a rental car there. Enterprise wouldn't leave a car as they said Central American wouldn't take responsibility for it. No problem at the competitor. Would like to use Central American again... But need to be able to get a rental car there.

Response from Kimberly Roseberry, Central American Airways
Mr. Wilson, I'm sure you have found out by now that Enterprise cannot leave cars here with us. We do not have a contract with them that allows cars to be left after hours. There are other rental car operation's we work with that can leave cars here such as Hertz and Avis. Please give us a call the next time you are flying in and we will work hard to get a car here for you.

Please hang a large "out of order" sign on the Shell self serve pump to save customers the hassle that we recently experienced. We wasted half an hour prior to our departure on Friday morning -- taxiing over to the pump, trying to get it to work, and then in frustration taxiing over to the Chevron pumps to get fuel. The pump even authorized my credit card for the fuel purchase, but no fuel was available. This is poor service.

Response from Kimberly Roseberry, Central American Airways
Mr. Patterson. I am sorry that you had this problem. Our self-serve pump has been out of service since March of this year. We are working on getting it fixed. If you were here during our hours you could have called the FBO and we would have sent a fuel truck down to you and gave you the self-serve discount. We do not have a self-serve price listed because self-serve does not work. As soon as we get it fixed we will post the self-serve price letting everyone know that the pump is up and running.

I usually use Central American when I come to Louisville. Unfortunately, this time we were arriving after 6 p.M., and I found there was no way to have a rental car available for us in the evening. There is no cooperative arrangement between Enterprise counter at the FBO and the FBO itself, apparently, to allow a rental car pickup after the Enterprise people depart. This was unfortunate and disappointing -- had to go to a competitor FBO on the field as a result. Hopefully this situation will get resolved soon.
