As usual we got very good service from Executive. They did a very nice job repaving the west tie-downs with all new tie-down ropes and markings.

Flew into Bowman and used Louisville Executive. Fuel was a little high, but the staff was very helpful. They let me use the courtesy car for a run into town.

Received great service from Justin, the evening lineman, on recent business trip to LOU in our Beech Bonanza. Justin arranged car rental and hotel on short (3 hour) notice, then stayed about 1 hour past closing time to make sure the aircraft was tied down and I got the car. Justin went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Great job!

Stopped in last night with my 10 year old son for the monster jam. They were very courteous and fueled us up. I had e-mailed them ahead of time and so when I landed they allready had ordered the taxi for us. Good experience.

Flew in to KLOU for an overnight business trip. Car was there and ready. Night staff (lineguy )were very helpful. Had the oil changed in our aircraft the next morning everyone was courteous and professional. The facility is nothing fancy, but very adequate. Prices were average. Will be back.

Nice FBO, I ordered a rental car and as soon as I landed they drove it right out to the airplane and loaded my baggage for me. They took care of securing my airplane for the night and were ready with all of the paperwork so I was able to be on my way within ten minutes of landing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are within reason too; I'll be back.

Flew in on 9/12 for a show at the Expo Center. We chose this airport to avoid the big fees at SDF. Excellent service from this FBO! They met us at the aircraft with a courtesy ride to the Expo center, and in return picked us up when we called. I would give these guys/gals a 2 big thumbs up on customer service! Thanks and we will be back! A++

Flew in on Wed to take the kids to Six Flags. They coordinated the Enterprise rental car and brought it to the plane. It was worth $80! Overnight tie down was $10 w/o fuel purchase. They are really nice people. ATC was excellent and easy to understand, even for a low time pilot like me. Read NOTAMS as there was alot of construction going on. I would highly recommend LEA if you come to Louisville. Thank you and hope to see you again someday.

I had a very nice stay at this facility. I was particularly impressed with my courteous check-in, particularly with Ford Trimotor activities happening simultaneously. I also was impressed with associated rental service from Hertz. I'd reserved online and phoned ahead morning of arrival to tell FBO that I had made my own discounted reservation with Hertz. Though I thought I already had a good rate, local Hertz office actually rebooked reservation and took an additional discount, such that my rate for three days was lower than what I expected from Hertz, and it was much lower than what the FBO staff had quoted as a daily rate ($63.99) from Enterprise!

The lineguys were very helpful and the fuel wasn't too expensive. Wish that I had brought some cash with me as there was a gentleman there giving rides in what looked like a brand-new Waco bi-plane!

I flew in for an event in Louisville and needed a rental car. They were pleasant and gave good service but raped me on the car price (about double).

We arrived late on a Monday night (9 p.M.) and by prior arrangement a young gentleman stayed late to help us out -- they normally leave around 8 p.M. This young man was a tremendous help to us, had our rental car waiting and actually helped us put stuff in the car as I dragged it out of the airplane onto the tarmac, then had our paperwork waiting and got us on our way very promptly. This kind of help was "above and beyond" and really a tremendous boon when we had a plane full of overtired kids, at the end of a long day of travel. THANKS! Great service!

Flew in last Sunday (which was extraordinarily busy due to the nice weather). We had a rental from Hertz (reserved on-line using Hertz Gold service). Cathy & Justin took good care of us after arrival. Cathy pulled the car out to our plane, and Justin offered to move us into tie-downs since we are in town all week. Good customer service all around! We leave Friday, and I'll post if anything negative happens on the way out, but I don't expect it. Great FBO.

Flew in for 2-day visit with pre-arranged car rental. No lineman met us on taxi in and waited 1.5 hours for rental that was supposed to be waiting and ready. Staff was friendly and apologetic and thank you card was received in mail for my visit, but still wasted time on arrival when we could have been at hotel relaxing. Ground and tower personnel were rude upon departure...Very weird for a slow Sunday. May need to give this place a 2nd chance, but with severe reservations.

Another FBO that still acts like it wants to be in the business of actually taking care of their customers. We flew in for Derby weekend racing a storm out of our departure airport. When we got to KLOU, we were stuck and couldn't make the return run home. Eric and his crew MOVED HEAVEN AND EARTH to get our KA350 in the hangar. Not an easy task considering the already full hangar, and our 60ft wingspan. Eric restacked the entire hangar to get our aircraft put away before the storms. Kudos to an incredibly professional line crew. I'd like to see more line crews work together like this one! Thanks Eric!! When in Louisville, you will be our ONLY choice.

Just needed to add another comment. In the mail today I get a thank you note for my business. That's a first and hopefully other FBO's do the same. It made me want to fly back again today!

We parked a week at Central Airways. They have fixed the loose gravel and broken concrete around the self-serve pump, but the airport still seems to be in a constant construction mode. Taxing at night could be dangerous with lots of taxiways blocked.

Great customer service outside and behind the front counter. I landed around 2:30pm and while filling out paper work for my rental car, the linesman asked if he could move my airplane to a tie down spot since thunderstorms were in the forecast for that night. I though it was very nice to ask. Fuel is at a good price and walking into the hangar connected to the FBO there were probably 15 Cirrus aircraft parked inside. I'm guessing they are a Cirrus service center. Enjoyed my visit and will come here the next time I come to Louisville.

Great alternative stop to SDF; nice staff. Strange "return it as you found it" fuel policy with the Enterprise rentals, but they seem to keep several on hand so there's no wait to get one.
