We flew in for the CAP's National Conference last weekend and the staff at LEA went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From the CSR's to the line guys, directions and rental cars were handled professionally and quickly. HINT -- If you're going to reserve through Enterprise, CALL and don't do it online...Our rental car was delayed about 20 mins due to our reservation being at the Enterprise across town. This is NOT the fault of LEA who kept calling and tracking them down so we could get on our way.

Landed at Louisville to deal with a maintenance issue and was directed to Louisville Executive Aviation (LEA). The staff at LEA was extremely helpful and friendly. We ended up being in Louisville for the week and the staff at LEA went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. I would highly recommend them if you want helpful, friendly service. Thanks for your help.

Flew in for the Kentucky Derby and was blown away with the fine hospitality and extra level of service we were shown while at KLOU. Louisville Executive provided complimentary car service to and from the Derby and the FBO's owner even went out of his way to drive my friends and I to a local post-Derby party later that evening. This is the only FBO/airport you should consider when flying to Louisville!

I have been to Executive FBO on several occasions, some with pilots n paws and some to visit the area, each time I am treated as if I was the only pilot coming in. I visited again on 6/4/11 to attend a concert and they were quick to offer the courtesy car, which happened to be a new vehicle. The personnel were friendly and fuel me quickly so I could be on my way as I was returning after hours. I will always use Executive when I fly in. THANKS TO ALL THE FOLKS!!!

Stayed overnight on our way to the west coast. Service was excellent. Line service people were most helpful, hangared our airplane overnight, had it on the ramp the following morning as per our request, but thoughtfully put it back in the hangar when it started raining so that we could pre-flight and load inside. Well done! Definitely hope to be back!

We stopped overnight on the way home over New Years, and from touchdown to takeoff, our treatment was top notch. Not the newest facility, but definitely the best for personal service. Keep it up.

I come to LOU about twice/year and Executive Aviation always serves me well. This most recent trip Dec 20 & 21, I needed a hangar and got one at the very fair rate of $36/night. I even got to plug in my preheaters over night. Reasonable priced self-serve fuel makes LOU Executive one of my favorite FBOs.

Came in to drop some people off for the Breeders Cup. Excellent service all the way around. Car rental reservation was a little messed up, but the girls behind the counter quickly got that sorted out and on their way. Fuel was delivered quickly and the price advertised was correct. I'd stop again!

After many nice stops at Executive Aviation, I don't think I will go back anymore. They charged me $25 per night for an outside tiedown. I don't know if it was posted anyplace, but it was never mentioned to me. Besides that, after buying over 200 gallons of avgas, I discovered that their meter didn't have the same gallonage as the bill. While the overage charge was .25 gallons more than the meter said, it was still not the way it should be. I will report the difference to the Kentucky Weights and Measures Agency.

EXCELLENT experience! Flew my 182 to Louisville for business and tied down with them for 3 days. Before I even got the engine off, Justin was there to greet me and had my rental car pulled out to the ramp with the A/C and engine running. Everyone was beyond helpful and professional. I will always stop here in the future when in Louisville.

Excellent service this trip also. Poor weather when we arrived (microburst on field) finally got in and was please to get an overnight hangar space for $30.00. Car there and ready. A mental workout the next morning getting a clearance and departing, but its busy airspace.

This is a great FBO. They took care of our needs quite well. My only gripe is the bad concrete around the self-serve pump.

Great FBO. Service was top notch, attentive to needs, satisfactory crew car, and well educated common sense line personnel. Facilities aging but satisfactory. Jet price a bit high for facility.

Had a great stay with Executive, hangared the plane and no problem working with them. Counter service very eagerly arranged a car with no problem. Airport is in a very urban area but is still very convenient to the highways. Saturday VFR days you almost have some impromptu air-show with great vintages based on the field.

As usual we got very good service from Executive. They did a very nice job repaving the west tie-downs with all new tie-down ropes and markings.

Received great service from Justin, the evening lineman, on recent business trip to LOU in our Beech Bonanza. Justin arranged car rental and hotel on short (3 hour) notice, then stayed about 1 hour past closing time to make sure the aircraft was tied down and I got the car. Justin went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Great job!

Stopped in last night with my 10 year old son for the monster jam. They were very courteous and fueled us up. I had e-mailed them ahead of time and so when I landed they allready had ordered the taxi for us. Good experience.

Flew in to KLOU for an overnight business trip. Car was there and ready. Night staff (lineguy )were very helpful. Had the oil changed in our aircraft the next morning everyone was courteous and professional. The facility is nothing fancy, but very adequate. Prices were average. Will be back.

Nice FBO, I ordered a rental car and as soon as I landed they drove it right out to the airplane and loaded my baggage for me. They took care of securing my airplane for the night and were ready with all of the paperwork so I was able to be on my way within ten minutes of landing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are within reason too; I'll be back.

Flew in on 9/12 for a show at the Expo Center. We chose this airport to avoid the big fees at SDF. Excellent service from this FBO! They met us at the aircraft with a courtesy ride to the Expo center, and in return picked us up when we called. I would give these guys/gals a 2 big thumbs up on customer service! Thanks and we will be back! A++

Flew in on Wed to take the kids to Six Flags. They coordinated the Enterprise rental car and brought it to the plane. It was worth $80! Overnight tie down was $10 w/o fuel purchase. They are really nice people. ATC was excellent and easy to understand, even for a low time pilot like me. Read NOTAMS as there was alot of construction going on. I would highly recommend LEA if you come to Louisville. Thank you and hope to see you again someday.

I had a very nice stay at this facility. I was particularly impressed with my courteous check-in, particularly with Ford Trimotor activities happening simultaneously. I also was impressed with associated rental service from Hertz. I'd reserved online and phoned ahead morning of arrival to tell FBO that I had made my own discounted reservation with Hertz. Though I thought I already had a good rate, local Hertz office actually rebooked reservation and took an additional discount, such that my rate for three days was lower than what I expected from Hertz, and it was much lower than what the FBO staff had quoted as a daily rate ($63.99) from Enterprise!

We arrived late on a Monday night (9 p.M.) and by prior arrangement a young gentleman stayed late to help us out -- they normally leave around 8 p.M. This young man was a tremendous help to us, had our rental car waiting and actually helped us put stuff in the car as I dragged it out of the airplane onto the tarmac, then had our paperwork waiting and got us on our way very promptly. This kind of help was "above and beyond" and really a tremendous boon when we had a plane full of overtired kids, at the end of a long day of travel. THANKS! Great service!
