Great FBO to deal with! We came in on a Pilots n Paws transport. They were very hospitable to the rescue people and let the dog in the lobby while she waited for her plane to arrive. When we landed, they came out and guided us in and tied us down. They waived the $25 landing fee because it was a rescue mission. Thank you Jet Center, we look forward to coming back!

I was a frequent visitor here years ago while my friend had a long term tie-down with ASJC but recently stopped by in my plane and noticed that the south ramp was nearly empty. It all made sense when the lineman told me that I owed $25 for the privilege of buying over-priced fuel there when all I wanted to do was stop for an hour and grab a burger at the restaurant. He ended up waiving the ramp fee with a fuel purchase but the entire situation was uncomfortable. The facilities were decent as always, but ASJC was anything but a thriving, happy place to fly into. If you fly out of necessity, this place has everything you need but if you fly for enjoyment, then I'd recommend skipping Aircraft Specialists Jet Center.

We were on our way to Atlanta and picked up some fuel on a very quick turn. Spotless facility- excellent service-friendly staff, and great cookies and coffee.

We flew in on September 1, 2010. We arrived late and were immediately met by the line crew with the red carpet (we were only in a Saratoga). Facilities are very nice and staff is very helpful.

People that complain about a $25 fee to use a facility that is available amuse me & staffed 24/7/365, which has anything a pilot, could want just by asking. Thanks for being there ASJC.

Used the Jet Center for fuel, then a flat tire holding short of runway 25. Both ATC and the Jet Center combined to make what could have been a miserable, cold night a good experience. Recommend. Thanks for the great service.

Visited LZU for a short overnight in a Piper Seminole and decided to try the Jet Center instead of Landmark this time. All I can say is wow...I've been missing out for the previous trips. The line crew was extremely helpful with our bags - something not generally seen when flying a small twin. Jennifer at the front desk was beyond helpful and gave us great fuel price (over $1 less a gallon over Landmark) and waived the ramp/overnight fees in addition to helping with faxes. I will, without a doubt, be using the Jet Center from now on. Top notch all the way. Did I mention they have plenty of cookies?

Hungry? Great restaurant, unfortunately, flying in to eat here will cost you an additional $25.00 for ramp fee regardless how short your visit is. The inflated fuel prices will cover the fee if you buy fuel along with your burger.
