We were based at Gwinnett Aero for work. A lot of times it's very difficult to find everything that we need to perform our scheduled maintenance away from home base so we are accustomed to making sure that everything is in order well in advance. This process was followed and we were told multiple times, up to the morning that we were planning to go into the hangar, that it would be no problem to have space for the next few days. Upon return from the day of working, we were advised that they do not have hangar space after our mechanic is already on site and ready to start. If you don't have space, fine, but don't tell me that you do and then pull the rug out. That's not the right way to do business. It will cost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue, aircraft relocation, traveling expense, etc. to fix this mistake that was made by Gwinnett Aero.

I flew in to take a coworker on a discovery flight, the people were great and the facilities were very nice. I will definitely use this FBO again. I was a very nice introduction to what GA can be to a perspective pilot.

I always park at this FBO when in town. They never disappoint! Great FBO, good pricing and quick service. Will be back soon.

During a family trip from Nevada in my Baron, I had an alternator failure. Being AOG away from home puts one in an unsettled and vulnerable position. Gwinnett Aero Maintenance LLC, however, came to the rescue. Their manager, Mike Fisher, had an overhauled unit flown in and had my plane up and running in no time. Perfectly reasonable pricing. I can't say enough good things about them.
