My wife and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago while taking a little vacation in our 172. The FBO facilities are very nice looking and fancy! Desk staff was very friendly and loaned us a car to grab lunch even though I told her we couldn't take on any fuel. No parking or handling fee charged. They are wonderfully friendly and generous!

Chose Medford Air Service for our first visit on 8/19/09 based on previous comments and we were not disappointed. It was a last minute trip, but one call to Lucinda and she took care of the rental car and hotel with only a few hours notice. Rental car was waiting when we arrived along with a red carpet greeting. Top notch all the way! We continued north, but stopped by Medford Air again on 8/22/09 to fuel up on the way home and received the same great service. We'll definitely be back ... The red carpet treatment is addicting! Highly recommended.

This is by far the nicest FBO I have ever visited. Not only is the facility first class, but also everyone running the operation is the friendliest and nicest people you'd want to meet. If you're planning a stay in the area, they can help you find nice accommodations and offer you their discounts as well. I've been to many airports and not found any better than this!

First time into Medford (7/25/09) and we used Medford Air Service based on the comments of others here on AirNav. Was not disappointed. Medford Air went out of their way to treat us right. Avis dropped off the rental and Medford Air personnel brought it out planeside along with the red carpet. Cookies, fruit, popcorn, and ice tea inside. Very professional. Staff was very helpful with insight to local attractions. We'll definitely return.

Medford Air Service is the BEST FBO I have ever been to. Everyone I talked to told me how much they love working there. Very nice facility, awesome staff, best service. Thank you Lucinda at the desk, John the line service guru and the whole staff! We will be back (again) soon.

Medford Air Executive Flight Center is a very nice FBO; they treated us first-class all the way, even though we flew a Piper Cherokee 235 and not a G5. From the Line crew to everyone at the counter, the staff was perfect, pleasant and helpful. They loaned us a crew car for a meeting in Ashland, and when we became grounded due to icing conditions back to EUG, they quickly arranged a very nice hotel at an outstanding "FBO rate" and even loaned us the crew car overnight. This is the high level of service that keeps pilots coming back to an FBO. I highly recommend Medford Air Executive Flight Center for anyone flying anything into MFR.

Diverted to Medford on our way to Grants Pass because of fog. On the radio Pacific Aviation in Grants Pass referred us to Medford Air. My passengers and I are glad they did. Medford Air treated us great and provided a seamless transition with Pacific Aviation providing aircraft storage and ground transportation. Thank you Medford Air!

What a nice place and friendly folks. We had fueled at another FBO's self service fuel earlier in the week and went there again on our return trip but found that other FBO closed (Sunday afternoon) and need to use the restrooms and pick up passengers. A call to these folks welcomed us, even though we had just topped up at the other FBO's self fueling. They were pleasant, helpful, and gave us the red carpet treatment. Line guys helped with bags, and they didn't even mind that we ate some of their popcorn. Great facility with welcoming staff.

Used them 8/15 on a Forest Service trip. Nice facility, good service and resonable Jet A prices. Put the plane in the hangar to help keep it cool and arranged for catering. Good stop.

We stopped in with our kids on the way S. To CA and they did a great job of hooking us up with a hotel at a great rate. The lineman offering to wash the windscreen was a very pleasant surprise as well. Keep up the great work.

Sandi was very helpful from the first call to the last goodbye. She was friendly, helpful, courteous, and treated my family like we pulled up in a Boeing Business Jet, instead of just our Cirrus. The line team brought the rental car to planeside, helped with the bags, we got directions and suggestions for lunch on the way and we were in and out in good time. Wonderful experience, great hospitality and a great team. Many thanks.

These folks are great! From getting our "Baby" in the hangar in a moments notice and putting out the red carpet for our Bonanza. They helped with our bags on arrival and met us to offer assistance for our departure. The price was fair for the fuel and hangar, as always you get what you pay for. And at this FBO, you pay a fair price for GREAT service.

Flew in on a SEA-ATL cross-country. Sure glad we picked Medford Air!! Red carpet for my RV-8. Lined up hotel and transportation and the neatest FBO I have EVER seen! Even put our plane in the hangar as they had room. Can't say enough about the superior service at Medford Air. Kind of feel sorry for the guys that stop at their competitors.

I agree with all the posts about this FBO. Stopped in for a short business meeting in a Bonanza. Excellent service. We used their crew van for a couple of hours and the line person attended to our fuel needs. Very friendly and efficient office staff as well. I will definitely use these guys again when in Medford area.

The folks at Medford Air Service treat you like you arrived in a Gulfstream regardless of what you actually arrived in. Exceptionally well-appointed FBO, one of the best crew lounges I've seen. Responsive and friendly line and counter staff. There *is no other FBO at MFR* as far as I am concerned, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Stopped on the way back from Hillsboro, OR to the SF Bay area in a C172. Medford Air has the nicest FBO facility that I have ever been in. Also very nice people. Loaned us their crew car to drive into town for lunch (about 3 miles). Bought fuel there, which was reasonably priced. A good place to stop.

Excellent service. Called ahead on my way to PDX in our 172. Had decently priced fuel ready for us, and yes, an actual red carpet :-) Facilities had everything you could possibly need, from WIFI to a shower and cookies. Definitely recommend!

I was treated like I was flying a Gulfstream but I was only in a Twin Otter. Medford Air helped me with motel rooms and a crew car. Rooms were hard to come by but they kept trying until they had us in a motel. The next day the line guys helped with checking and adding oil to my engines, requires a tall ladder, and airing up my tires. I haven't ran across service like this for some time. I would highly recommend Medford Air

RON here Sat evening, 07-07-07, kinda quiet, but the people were very cordial. And I was just driving an Arrow. They have a pristine, 1965 Harley Davidson 50cc motorcycle in the lobby. Very nicely appointed FBO, and they have the refreshment stand well stocked. I had the ice tea. Had a Wx computer, and a general PC w/internet access. Staff provided a ride to the rental car in the main terminal. Wonderful experience.

Flew in today to pick up a passenger. Medford Air literally rolled out the red carpet, provided service with a smile and had us on our way (with cookies) very quickly. Fuel was 'cheap' too.
