Wonderful facility. Parked two nights, had O2 bottle refilled. No charge for overnight parking. Staff friendly and helpful.

I can't believe how friendly the staff at this FBO was. I had just flown four hours in my Skyhawk and they made me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing their FBO. The facility was comfortable and inviting. The staff was excellent.

The coolest FBO I've ever visited. We drove their 57 Chevy crewcar to Kaleidoscope for lunch per their recommendation. The pizza was good and we left with enough to munch on in the plane for our next leg. The line crew and staff never left us waiting.

Medford Air really took care of us when we landed Wednesday June 20th 2011. Lucinda at the front desk made this a great experience but to be frank the lineman was friendly but not the brightest tool in the box. He didn't quite understand where the tabs were so make sure you're clear with him and visually pointing it out on smaller aircraft would be advisable.

Flew in with my family this past weekend to see some plays in Ashland. Great FBO. Really knocked themselves out with service. My rental car was waiting next to my tie down spot when we arrived, and there were 2 line guys waiting to help move our luggage from the plane to the car. This is my second great experience with this FBO. Will definitely be back.

Stopped into Medford Air in my Cirrus for a bathroom and water break. Didn't buy fuel but still received top notch service. Lucinda was very helpful as was the entire line crew. Thanks Guys! We'll be back!

We and our Cirrus received excellent service. If you're there on a Saturday morning between 9 and 10 am, be sure to take the tour of the Boeing KC-97 parked immediately adjacent to Medford Air.

Arrived at Medford in a 172 and I agree with all of the positive comments below; this is an excellent FBO!!! I enjoyed my short stay in OR and would absolutely recommend Medford Air for the services. Great facility and great people.

I've been visiting Medford Air for years as my mother lives in town. Service has always been excellent. On a recent visit, they gave me a discount on hangaring my airplane. They have the coolest crew car anywhere! Medford Air sets the standards other FBOs aspire to.

What a great FBO!!! All FBO's should strive to be like Medford Flight Center. The people there are top-notch and go out of their way to assist you. They gladly handed over a courtesy car for a couple of hours. We were treated like royalty! I HIGHLY recommend this FBO when flying into KMFR.

This is the Gold Standard of FBOs. I arrived in my Citabria and only bought 20 gallons of fuel. They treated me like I arrived in a G-V. I will go out of my way to visit them again. What a beautiful building they are in. First class all the way around.

I called them on the radio about 15 minutes out to let them know I was coming the first time, they were ready for me and had my airplane fueled before I could even finish checking the weather and empty the other tank! I ended up having to come back for more fuel due to weather in the pass and they again helped me immediately. They have very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend using Medford Air! My wife and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago while taking a little vacation in our 172. The FBO facilities are very nice looking and fancy! Desk staff was very friendly and loaned us a car to grab lunch even though I told her we couldn't take on any fuel. No parking or handling fee charged. They are wonderfully friendly and generous!

Chose Medford Air Service for our first visit on 8/19/09 based on previous comments and we were not disappointed. It was a last minute trip, but one call to Lucinda and she took care of the rental car and hotel with only a few hours notice. Rental car was waiting when we arrived along with a red carpet greeting. Top notch all the way! We continued north, but stopped by Medford Air again on 8/22/09 to fuel up on the way home and received the same great service. We'll definitely be back ... The red carpet treatment is addicting! Highly recommended.

This is by far the nicest FBO I have ever visited. Not only is the facility first class, but also everyone running the operation is the friendliest and nicest people you'd want to meet. If you're planning a stay in the area, they can help you find nice accommodations and offer you their discounts as well. I've been to many airports and not found any better than this!

First time into Medford (7/25/09) and we used Medford Air Service based on the comments of others here on AirNav. Was not disappointed. Medford Air went out of their way to treat us right. Avis dropped off the rental and Medford Air personnel brought it out planeside along with the red carpet. Cookies, fruit, popcorn, and ice tea inside. Very professional. Staff was very helpful with insight to local attractions. We'll definitely return.

Medford Air Executive Flight Center is a very nice FBO; they treated us first-class all the way, even though we flew a Piper Cherokee 235 and not a G5. From the Line crew to everyone at the counter, the staff was perfect, pleasant and helpful. They loaned us a crew car for a meeting in Ashland, and when we became grounded due to icing conditions back to EUG, they quickly arranged a very nice hotel at an outstanding "FBO rate" and even loaned us the crew car overnight. This is the high level of service that keeps pilots coming back to an FBO. I highly recommend Medford Air Executive Flight Center for anyone flying anything into MFR.
