Flew in on a Sunday and mistakenly thought jet fuel was available. Tim saved our bacon! Drove all the way from home (70 miles) and got us on our way. We owe you guys a debt of gratitude, thanks again!

Our group of eight airplanes, during our fly-around Lake Michigan stopped at Manitowoc Twin County Airport (8/14/09) for an overnight stay at the Best Western Harbor Side. The staff both at the airport and hotel was great.

Great airport, easy in, easy out. Self-service fuel at competitive rates, nice terminal, clean bathrooms, 4x free bikes to ride into town, < 1 mile away, and car rental available. See airport manager for bike combos. Come see the other side of Green Bay!

Great little airport. The old timer at the airport actually showed me how to pump fuel. It was great. Friendly people.

Was met at our plane by a friendly gent in a county truck. Another pilot had called ahead, also looking for a ride to the best breakfast in town. We hadn't called ahead but were glad the other pilot did! Delivered to and picked up from (in the courtesy van) to Schloegel's Bay View restaurant. Very good food, easy prices, friendly service and a view of The Bay. Will come back again! Will call ahead for transport next time.
