*The FBO is under new ownership in 2016 Summary: These are the most helpful people on earth! Ok, so really. I was doing an Angel Flight in the Columbus area. But, realized it would be below freezing and needed a heated hangar. I called ahead and SkyVista offered to put my 210 in a heater hangar since I was buying fuel. Sweet! Upon landing, I blew a tire. Within 2 minutes several employees were at my plane working on a solution to get my plane off the runway without damaging the plane. They ended up jacking up one wheel and placed a flat cart under the blown tire while slowly towing it off the runway and into a hangar. Awesome. The mechanic did not have a replacement tube and tire, but dispatched someone to get one from OSU. I was airworthy in just a couple of hours. Fantastic. However, the Angel Flight patient was re-hospitalized and I was on hold. So, the FBO offered his son's car so that I could grab some food and get to the hotel. I can't thank them enough!
