Outstanding customer service! Flew in late and spent the night on October 24th. Lisa went out of her way to arrange a room at the local Marriott (got a discounted rate, too) arranged a rental car and left detailed driving instructions. Could not have been a better experience in terms of customer service. All FBO's strive for this level of excellence.

Landed here on May 9, 2011. Service was fantastic! I cannot say enough good about this airport and the men/women that keep her running. Great job folks!

Right after Christmas, we flew back home (7FA1 - Sugarloaf Key, FL), but our little Cessna 150 started to run roughly and we made a decision to land at the closest airport. So we landed at KMSL Northwest Alabama Regional (Muscle Shoals). Mr. Howard was the first FBO person that helped us out. He immediately contacts a local mechanic to take a look at our plane. Then, Ms. Lisa set us up with a great "luxury" Marriott hotel for one night (at good rate). After 3 days, New Year's Eve, we finally got the airplane fixed. Donna was a true gem as a FBO Personnel as well. We loved the warmest, professionalism and attitude of the FBO Personnel. No words would better describe the facilities, other than clean, cozy, nice computers, and etc. It was 4 days before we flew out. If you decide to stop by at KMSL, you will not regret!
