Outstanding customer service! Flew in late and spent the night on October 24th. Lisa went out of her way to arrange a room at the local Marriott (got a discounted rate, too) arranged a rental car and left detailed driving instructions. Could not have been a better experience in terms of customer service. All FBO's strive for this level of excellence.

Right after Christmas, we flew back home (7FA1 - Sugarloaf Key, FL), but our little Cessna 150 started to run roughly and we made a decision to land at the closest airport. So we landed at KMSL Northwest Alabama Regional (Muscle Shoals). Mr. Howard was the first FBO person that helped us out. He immediately contacts a local mechanic to take a look at our plane. Then, Ms. Lisa set us up with a great "luxury" Marriott hotel for one night (at good rate). After 3 days, New Year's Eve, we finally got the airplane fixed. Donna was a true gem as a FBO Personnel as well. We loved the warmest, professionalism and attitude of the FBO Personnel. No words would better describe the facilities, other than clean, cozy, nice computers, and etc. It was 4 days before we flew out. If you decide to stop by at KMSL, you will not regret!

Came in for the afternoon on a day that even locals said was hot. The temp was at least 100F with 85% humidity so needless to say I was shocked to be meet with an actual red carpet when we landed. It was so nice to walk off the ramp into a very modern and "cold" main office. They have AVIS cars on site that are reasonably priced. The staff working when we returned was just as great. My only "squawk" is that they close up for the night at 6pm local. Great FBO overall.

For a small town airport, the facility was very nice, and Lisa and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Had to make an unplanned stop at KMSL while ferrying my newly purchased Archer from Houston to Delaware. The facilities were very nice and staff was friendly. Had to wait out the weather for a while and we were given the keys to the courtesy car to go grab lunch. Fuel was a little expensive but worth it for getting free use of the courtesy car.

We landed at Muscle Shoals on an unannounced fuel stop. Ramp person was prompt and very helpful. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and stayed after quitting time to assist our departure. The fuel price was competitive for the area. They do have self-service and after hours pilot area. The terminal building is very clean with a pilot lounge and briefing area. This would be a great place to stretch your legs and refuel. I highly recommend MSL if you are in need of some great southern hospitality on a fuel stop!
