Made an unexpected stop on July 4th due to weather. The FBO personnel went above and beyond taking care of my family. Even though the rental locations were closed for the holiday, they found us a car and lodging. This is my second good experience with this location. We enjoyed the entire quad cities area for 24 hours while waiting out the weather. Great location and great people!!

Stayed two nights at MSL visiting family. Staff was great and very hospitable. Everything was done right and on time despite the holiday weekend. Facility is great. Will definitely come again!

Got the red carpet (literally). Friendly staff, nice facilities. Great airport to fly into.

From Tim Morgan on 29-Mar-2008
Stopped to pick up passengers. Been going there for years without ramp fee with "red carpet" service. However, this time I was informed there was a $20 ramp fee and I didn't get the "red carpet". Also, they charged my passengers $2 to park their car overnight. Apparently new management.

Stopped in today with a student on a cross-country flight from our home airport (50 miles and about 25 minutes away) when we went in the people were very friendly. When I asked if we could use the courtesy car to get some lunch, the lady at the desk asked which plane we were in. Upon answering her we were informed that the "courtesy car" was going to cost 20 bucks. She then informed me that most airports charge this 20-dollar fee as she had taken the time to research this. When we got in the car, it was on empty. Either way, we were able to opt out of the charge by purchasing about 30 dollars worth of fuel. Maybe next time we should come in, in a jet.

The folks at Shoals saved our day. Plane wouldn't start and Jeff put us in touch with an A&P that came out on a Sunday and got us on our way. Thank you!!!!!! Patrick and Margo

Service at Shoals Flight Center was excellent: great line service, helpful staff, and smiling faces all around. Provided courtesy car for nearby client drop-off/pick-up and lunch. Great fuel prices!

Stopped on my way from Texas to North Carolina. Extremely friendly folks at the FBO. Very modern facilities for flight planning. Good service with smiles all around.

From William Stinson on 31-Jul-2007
Stopped in for fuel on the way from Pensacola to Oshkosh. A nice place to stop -- friendly staff and use of a vehicle to pick up some breakfast prior to our second leg of the journey to AirVenture.

From Kevin Standley on 05-May-2007
We flew into MSL last weekend and the service is OUTSTANDING! Reasonable fuel prices, crew car and great attitude by all. If you're going to be flying near by, check out the new FBO, as it is top shelf.

From Rick McCue on 12-Feb-2007
Great service from everyone we met at this FBO. Prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient, they all know the meaning of "going the extra mile" to make our jobs easier. Thanks to all of you!

From Jerry Wade on 05-Feb-2007
We stopped in KMSL on our way to KEYW for fuel and want to say to all that read this that you won't find any better service. The facility is nice and the folks were on the ball to get us in and out. Highly recommend stopping here if you are in the area.

From Charles Myers on 26-Nov-2006
Stopped in for fuel on a nasty Sunday morning and promptly met by line service. Very professional and efficient. Will stop again when in the area!

From Rory Crews on 28-Oct-2006
Service was good. Facilities clean. Planning area OK- WSI computer would not display requested weather for some reason. Definitely use the self-serve to save yourself some jack.

From Damian Cuttie, Rushton Air on 28-Oct-2006
Line-man Jay provided Excellent service! He was polite, eager to help, and extremely fast on his refueling! Thank you very much!

From John Hempel on 05-Sep-2006
We stopped for fuel and a break. The terminal building is clean and nice. The people are friendly. We even got a "Welcome to MSL" on the radio from a flight instructor in the pattern with her student.

I flew into MSL this past weekend on my to Nashville and found the facility there first class. Jay was extremely helpful. Plenty of ramp space and good fuel prices. Will certainly stop by for a visit again.

From Rick Murray on 11-Aug-2006
Stopped on my way from KC to Ft Myers last Wednesday. Had called re the fuel prices on Tuesday evening was quoted a price which had increased prior to my arrival. Not only did they honor the self-serve price but they fueled the plane for me. Did I mention it was 90+ degrees? Service was incredible, friendly and helpful. Definately my new fuel stop for this trip! Thanks to John and Shelly.

From Joe Gilbert on 11-Aug-2006
We came in on Aug 1oth and left on August 11th. The personell here were some of the best. They were friendly, courtious, and expiditious in meeting our needs. They are fine examples of what customer service should be everywhere. Thanks for all the assistance in helping us get our job done.

From Greg West on 21-Apr-2006
Flew into MSL with our company's Hawker. Line service was there even though it was an early morning arrival. Our passenger's car was waiting planeside and the service was efficient and courteous. Everyone there could not have been more pleasant and friendly. Support your small town FBO whenever possible.

From Otis Warr on 20-Mar-2006
Flew into KMSL from Florida on our way home to AR. Line guy stayed late (almost an hour) to fuel the plane. Said he stayed because he noticed us on flight tracker. VERY nice facility. Easy in, easy out. Highly recommend.

From Patrick Holyfield on 04-Dec-2005
My family and I flew our Grumman Tiger to the South for Thanksgiving. We stopped for fuel at the Shoals Flight Center on all of our trip's legs. It happened that we arrived just as the Flight Center was scheduled to close. The friendly staff helped us out for fuel and a bathroom break even though they were closed for 15 minutes. I highly recommend the Flight Center because of there hospitality and professionalism. These are two qualities any well run and successful business should pride themselves on. Stop to see the folks at the Flight Center... you won't regret it.
