The arrival was great! The lineman guided us by radio, learned we wanted a rental car, coordinated with Nikki in the office to get one and the car was there as we finished securing the aircraft. Cookies and coffee in the office and I even got more gas than needed because over 20 gallons they waived the tie down fee. Nikki helped with dining selections and scuba shops. I thought is was the best FBO ever. Departure was different. Who are you, what do you want, NO, the tie down fee is not waived. They raised my expectations and then let me down... Too bad. Leslie was just unfriendly. It was like walking into an icebox. However, Nikki and both linemen were helpful, courteous, and friendly.

Good service & nice facilities. Line man gave us two bottles of water while parking the airplane, which was cool. 20$ parking fee for two hours, that wasn't so cool!

Went down to Marathon in a 172RG from KHWO for a late breakfast. I was very happy with the service the prices were reasonable and the linemen and dispatcher treated both me and my passenger very well. I would be more than happy to stop in here again at anytime after this experience.

I am a flight student at F.I.T. Aviation at MLB airport. As a required XC, my instructor, myself, and a passenger flew to MTH for dinner. The lineman was very nice, providing us with water when we got out of the plane. The lady behind the counter left a lot to be desired. She was very rude to my instructor and did not provide a professional enviroment.

Visited twice in the last week in a PC12. Service was exceptional on both days. Passengers arrived 45 minutes early and what was not planned to be a quick turn turned into one. We were fueled quickly, efficiently and politely. Gave us a sandwich since we didn't have time to run out for lunch. Will definitely return. Thanks.

DON'T GO HERE!!! Horrible experiance on more than 1 occasion. I was waiting in line with my airplane at the self service pump for 30 mins. When the airplane ahead of me moved out I started pulling up when a line guy towing a Cirrus cut me off and started fueling it. I asked him what the deal was and he said he needed to fuel this plane right away and I could just wait. I was flying a Cessna 150 that day with a good friend. I am a commercial pilot who flies corporate. Guess where I won't be flying the jet into when I come to Marathon next time? Just because I am in a Cessna 150 one day doesn't mean I should be treated any less than when I am flying a jet the next day. However I must say Mitch at Marathon Jet Center has always been great and willing to go the extra mile.

Marathon Jet Center is a great FBO and definitely the place to go when landing at MTH. I have been coming here in my Grand Caravan for over 6 years. Other FBOs at MTH may come and go, but Marathon Jet Center goes on and on. Bill, Dee Ann, Mitch, Leslie and the line crew make every visit a pleasure. From the bottles of ice water on arrival to the accurate fulfillment of fueling and line orders, everything at Marathon Jet Center is done promptly with a friendly smile and nice attention to detail. Early departures or late arrivals...No problem. Winds kicking from the North at night in winter? They're up 2 a.M. Turning planes into the wind and adding tie downs. This is the only FBO you'll ever need when you're coming to the Florida Keys.

Beware: If you don't know the current AirNav price they will charge you more. We asked for the AirNav price and were charged 20 cents/gal more. They will charge you $10 to move your airplane away from the self-serve pump. Leslie won't give you any slack if the crew car is not back in 1 hour -- so eat fast or leave early if your meal service is slow. It is a great place when she is not around.

I just want to say thank you, for all your attentions and excellent service at your facility, you guys do a really good job, this is not my first time there, and every time when I go, the service is better. The fuel price is very good and the staff is the best. A Special thanks to Dee Ann Harmon, and the line guys that work Sunday Dec. 9th shift. That's the way to do business.

I arrived at Marathon Jet Center on July 11, one very hot humid day. I was immediately greeted with cold water and taken to the Terminal to get an open source (lowest price) rental car. I purchased full service fuel at the AirNav listed price with none of the negative issues mentioned in other comments. My aircraft was repositioned and I was allowed to drive the rental car to the plane to transfer bags, and they handled the rental car return. Just absolutely superior service, and I was in a C172.

Visited the Keys two weeks ago and once again used Marathon Jet Center. As always, we received terrific service, even a lift to the other end of the field to pick up our car. Cold water on arrival, polite folks, comfy couch, clean upscale facilities, and a computer terminal! Why go anywhere else?

It is annoying that these folks guarantee a price on AirNav but if you don't mention it they charge you .25 more. And, if you happen to notice it when you get the bill, they are huffy that now they have to run it through again.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a cold bottle of water for everyone. The staff was very accommodating, allowed us to drive our car to the airplane & helped us load our luggage. Although my aircraft was not tied down, due to limited space of which I was not aware, I was charged the full tie-down rate per night. Very nice people however!!

Helpful staff ask about the seafood restaurant on 35th cause the food there was AWESOME. The pilot lounge is very comfortable and like most FBO's there is Internet and weather as well, came in a twin a couple times and stayed for a few hrs, fees hit or miss

Once we landed at MTH in our Cirrus, we see a lineman waiving to go to where he was. The crew at Marathon Jet Center was really helpful in recommending us a good restaurant and calling a cab to take us there. Once we came back, we were ready to leave and the lady at the counter told us if we liked the service, we said yes, she said, "Well then make sure you visit us again!" (She didn’t charge us anything). We will TOTALLY go back.

Flew in this past Sunday 25 Feb 07. Always friendly service and they were busy with jet traffic. My only complaint was that their Fuel price for 100LL was $3.56 and not $3.32 as guaranteed on AirNav. At the time I couldn't remember what the AirNav price was so I didn't inquire.

Did not even get there yet. Asked for minivan rental. There was a pause when I told her I was flying into MTH in a Baron. Then she promised to call me back to confirm the reservation. Never heard from them again. I'll be going to Cristal.

We went to our usual weekend afternoon lunch run to Marathon and stopped at the Marathon Jet Center. In the last 1-1/2 years of stopping there we have always been greeted by friendly and courteous staff and line persons. Unfortunately, however, we encountered Leslie today who was not having her best day. We got one of the courtesy cars and went for lunch at the Island Tiki Bar and came back at 1 hour 15 minutes and were repremanded by Leslie for being later than the 1 hour we were told. We could not have inhaled out lunch faster: we even asked for the check early so we could hurry along. We have had the car on many other occasions and have never had such an incident. It is my sincere hope to avoid Leslie in the future. I wll continue to use Marathon but if Leslie is it, I might have to give that second thoughts.

Visited for the weekend (7/15/6) in our King Air, and went back and forth twice on Sunday to Tampa: great service; nice people; very, very nice amenities including well-appointed, quiet office with internet access. Car waiting on the ramp. A+

Came in late (part 135), was given a crew car and directions to a "locals" fish place (Keys Fisheries 35th ST) said they'd stay open late to accommodate our pax and couldn't have been nicer. We were able to wait out a thunderstorm indoors instead of in the plane. Nicest attitude (old fashioned Keys 'tude) hospitality and service. Best fuel prices around South Florida. Lounge upstairs.

Just returned from MTH. Marathon Jet Center is a quality FBO. Was greeted on the ramp, given bottled water and a lift to the rental car that was at the FBO waiting on me. Employees were courteous and helpful. Altogether a good experience.

Flew in, was there for about 10 minutes with no line help, parked the airplane myself. As I walked in to the building, the counter help came to tell me I needed to move my plane now. While I can clearly see an aircraft tug not being used. This person was so rude that even the lineman working there felt bad and said, don't worry sir we will do it for you, don't pay any attention to her she is rude. I later learned she is the manager/owner so there was not to much sense in expressing my complaints. Next time I will drop the Citation pilot of at Paradise better service there.

We've been going to MTH for the last 6 yrs and parking at MJC. After landing I was parked at the end of a row and no tiedown available. Had a small mechanical problem with my plane and went out to the ramp to fix it. A ramp hand came out and asked me what I was doing and I explained. 15 minutes later he returned and ASKED ME TO LEAVE. Seems their mechanic had a fit because he thought he was losing business. The owner wouldn't even talk to me. See who runs their operation? Went down to Paradise FBO, best move I ever made, this is where the locals and smart GA types park. MJC will treat you good if you have a G5, otherwise avoid MJC.

I wanted to let everyone know that the Marathon Jet Jet is open for business. I was there today and received the superior customer service to which I have become accustommed. If you are are flying into Marathon, you have to try the Marathon Jet Center experience.

Great trip to Marathon Jet center. Upon landing someone helped us to our tiedown then went to get our rental car and bring it to us on the ramp. He tied us down and helped load the bags. Upon our arrival the attendant greeted us with a cold bottle of water. Upon departure I called to fuel up and it was done when we arrived at the airport. A great experience at Marathon Jet Center.
