Favorite place to eat for sure! Best airport food. My logbook has MYF on every page for a reason.

Flew down the coast from HHR to MYF at lunchtime. Casa Machado was hoppin' busy at 12:30 but we got a window seat and very prompt service, with all the Diet Coke I could drink. I took the advice of a previous post and had the Taco Soup--fabulous. A meal in itself, with every ingredient you could wish for. Neat airport, great food, crosswind landing, what more could you want?

Casa Machado is a good $100.00 taco/burrito destination. My son and I flew in today for lunch. They were busy with a good lunch crowd, but service was very good, ordered quickly and food served promptly. Expect an average of $11.00 per person. They also have a full bar and it gets pretty lively at night. I've never been disappointed with the food there.

Try the "cielo, mar y tierra" they are a fajita dish with combo seafood, chicken and steak. Excellent food and view of airplanes in the pattern.

Atmosphere's nice, service is good ... food leaves a *lot* to be desired. Stick to a post-flight margarita.
