An outstanding FBO and a beautiful facility with excellent eating establishments. Parked a DA-40 overnight for business and only needed 18 gallons, but fuel was there and canopy cleaned before we even left the terminal area. A great stop!

We flew in on Thursday 7/31 and were met at the plane with offers to help and it just got better from there. We decided to spend the night due to storms in the ABQ area and they got us a room at the Hampton for almost 50% off the posted internet rate and then loaned us a crew car for the evening as well. Service on departure the next morning was just as good and I can recommend the cafe as a good spot for breakfast. On our way back from ABQ we stopped in again since the service had been so good. The owner met us at the plane and greeted me by name. This is a great place to stop if you are in the area as you will get great service, a fair price for fuel (they honor their posted "guaranteed" price), have a really nice facility, and it is easy in/out as they are located right at the approach end of 34. All in all OGD and Kemp are on my list of places to return to.

We went to Park City for the 4th holiday and chose OGD over Heber based on AirNav reports. We have never had better service than we received at Kemp. Everyone, including the local hertz agency, was great. Highly recommend this over Heber for access to Park City even though the drive to PC is longer. It’s a beautiful drive.

This is quite simply the best FBO I have encountered. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Their fuel prices are fair and they have the best pilot flight planning and rest areas anywhere. They don't have tie downs but will double chock your plane and pull it into a hangar if weather is forecast. They have good food available at both a deli and full service restaurant. I was there from June 25-28, 2008 and they did a great job.

Friendly service. Helpful with all requests. There is an excellent restaurant right in the terminal. Reasonable hangar rates and fuel prices.

These guys are awesome. We went to Ogden for skiing. They offered us a courtesy car but we were staying for several days. So instead, they drove us into town to our hotel and came and picked us up when we called to leave. During our stay, it snowed (big time). When I called to ask them to put the plane in the hangar the night before planned departure, they had already done it - free of charge. I can't say enough about the people and facilities!! Some of the best service I have had anywhere.

Kemp Jet Services (approach end of "34") exemplifies what a Great FBO is. Excellent service from the time a linesman marshaled us toward parking, and then bringing the car rental to our door, etc. Brand new facility with excellent bathrooms. I needed approaches for Wyoming, and they didn't have any on the field (at any of the other FBOs or pilot shops either for any of the neighboring states), so Russ, Kemp FBO mgr., allowed me to print the approach plates for my next destination from his computer. Caution: Validate fuel price when ordering fuel. I had to remind them that my fuel order was placed before their price increase the day of my departure.

Even my little Beech Skipper got treated like a jet. They pulled me into the hangar overnight when the weather got sketchy...No charge. Rob Fair at Fair Aviation took a look at a nose wheel shimmy, and along with his mechanic, got dirty, pulled nuts and bolts and wouldn't take a dime, or gratuity. They couldn't complete the fix, but gave me a stern warning that changed my plans. Great people. I wish I could stick around long enough for them to work on it...I know it'd be done right.

This is the place you want to visit. Never been to a nicer facility or seen more friendly and helpful people. We make 8 to 10 trips a year around the country and this is only the second time in 10 years of flying our windshield was cleaned without having to ask (St. Paul, MN was the other one). A small thing, but allowed for a 5-minute faster departure, which meant a lot. Hangar'ed our Skylane with no wait pull out. Tower even cooperates (when traffic allows) with a short taxi to the adjacent runway 34 for departure. This FBO will create new business for Ogden as the word spreads.

Absolutely the best in customer service. Crew car, preferred rates at Marriott & driving directions. Two topnotch restaurants in an impressive new facility. Fast & courteous line service. Good fuel prices. Russ Cannon and his staff deliver great service. Baron on cross-country to Midwest from California. This was the best FBO bar none! No overnight fee with fuel purchase and free crew car. Don't waste your time at the other FBO as I did, only to fire up and taxi over to KEMP!

Kemp Jet Center is a wonderful FBO! My wife and I flew in from Los Angeles to visit family. Kemp Jet Center ensured all our needs were met. Their facilities and service are by far the best I've ever seen.

Nothing but the best!!!!!!!! Kemp Jet Service provided excellent friendly professional service. Russ Cannon showed us the new facility and made sure they were open for our early departure the next day. I highly recommend this FBO. They have a beautiful place, highly trained staff members, and I'm confident they will do very well. Try them out and tell others to do the same.

The service and the facilities at Kemp are simply outstanding!!! Without any prior notice I called Kemp on the unicom as I was taxiing up and the line tech was out the door within seconds, guiding me in. Russ treated us with first class service. With a 4yr old a 1 yr old, and my wife, we needed all the creature comforts we could get. We were given a Dodge Durango to go downtown and get a bite to eat (at Chili's). After lunch we used the pilots lounge, best I've ever seen in 17 years of flying. While the kids watched cartoons on the large flat pannel, plasma TV, I accomplished the flight planning for our next leg on a very fast up to date computer. We were fueled up, our windows were cleaned and we were on our way. The service and the friendliness definately made up for the fuel price. I will definately visit Kemp Aviation Services again in the future, especially when the new restaurant opens. Thanks Russ and to your staff, great job!!!

Unlike the unusually rude comments from Kenneth, I received only one email that talked about the new facility in Ogden, Utah. I travel to Salt Lake City often and was intrigued by the new FBO. I was impressed with the fuel prices and at the ease of arriving and departing. Russ Cannon the Operation Manager was very pleasant to work with. I'd recommend this FBO if traveling in the Salt Lake City area.

I recently stopped at the new FBO called Kemp Jet Services. This facility on the outside looked incredible! Lance, the line tech, was out waiting for me and treated me like I was a G-V captain even though I was in a lowly C-172N. This facility is brand new and very classy. Russ Cannon, the operations manager, took me on a tour of the facility. There is a gorgeous restaurant almost finished upstairs that will be superb! Pilot facilities are better than I've ever seen. This place is fantastic and the people are super friendly and very genuine about helping customers of all types.

This new FBO is the nicest facility in the country period! Yes, fuel prices are higher than the competition, but once you see the FBO, you'll know why. The location is inconvenient for the airport restaurant compared to the others, but if you are flying a big airplane in for fuel and don't care about price, you need to see this place.
