I taxied to KCAC at 8:30pm. The reception was impressive; no, perfect. It was mindful yet fast. Josh, the line person, did everything he could imagine doing to help - and he clearly has a big imagination. KCAC did have a slip, and I was very impressed by how quickly and energetically they recovered. Overall, this was as good an experience as I have had at any FBO in the past 26 years. Thank you.

I would like to take a moment and express my gratitude to the employees of KCAC. KCAC performs the maintenance and inspections on the aircraft I fly, so I make a several trips there per year. I want to say they are a first class operation in every way. I fly all over the US throughout the year and have been to very few FBOs whose staff and service would equal that of KCAC. I would like to give a very special thank you to Julian Juarez. Julian's approach to customer service is unparalleled. Julian goes out of his way to ensure KCAC's customers are treated first class. Thank you KCAC.

My wife and I were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and wanted to take a flight somewhere to go to nice dinner. We chose to go to Kansas City. When we are in the KC area, we always go into KCAC at OJC because of the service they provide and this trip was no exception. Very friendly staff and line crew. The line crew said that they didn't want us to take back any of the KC bugs that we accumulated on the windshield so they cleaned the windshield without me even asking them to do so. It is small things like this that set FBO's apart. This FBO will get all my business when I am in the KC area.

Was having problems with Hertz on renting a car at OJC and returning it early on a Sunday. Because of the holiday, the local Olathe Hertz franchise could not pick it up until the following Tuesday, and were insistent on billing me for the unused 2 days. Called KCAC and talked to Roseann. She did an excellent job of running interference for me with Hertz. They backed down and I can return it to KCAC on Sunday and not be billed for the unused days till Tuesday. GREAT job Roseann and KCAC. They will get all my business from now on.

Top-notch folks. I really appreciate Erin calling to advise me of an impending storm and hangaring my plane before it hit. Both she and Meurcina were most helpful and friendly. Because of a big soccer tournament in the area, we could not find a hotel. Jeff (from the Parts department) stayed late and kept calling around until he found us one. Lyndon too made sure we weren't left hanging -- taking attentive care of our plane and us. I'll always choose KCAC when in Olathe. Thanks folks.

I flew my Baron in for a Flying Physicians meeting in KC. KCAC was there to greet us upon arrival with a van and helped unload our luggage before driving us to our hotel. All of the staff was most helpful and courteous. I will definitely come back and I would advise anyone to use KCAC.

Excellent FBO 3 hour free courtesy car even got lucky and got a great hamburger from the FBO cookout. Staff is great!!!!
