We use Miami Exec when we fly into OPF. We always have received outstanding service every time we visited.

While the staff is courteous and professional, the handling fee of $85.00 for a single waived with a 15-gallon purchase of 8.00+/gallon fuel is excessive, especially for a quick turn. Compare to a standard $15 handling fee waived with 7 gallons of 6.00 gas that you find at other nearby FBOs and it renders Miami Executive non-competitive.

Picked this FBO out of the hat upon landing here 12/31. Friendly guys taxied us in under their awning and helped with bags. Pre-authed my Amex for fuel, can't remember the last time an FBO did that but probably because it's so expensive. $425 for 50 gal avgas already charged when we returned, but they needed to swipe again for the $75 tiedown which they would not waive. Nice line guy drove us out to the airplane but was itching for a tip, and didn't untie us (and only 2 of the 3 tiedowns were tied). Not looking to be coddled by an FBO but if this one wants to charge world class prices the owner should send employees up to Banyan to observe for a day.

I have had some frequent business in Miami and continue to choose Miami Executive. They pay attention to detail like no other FBO. First Class all the way. They knew I was coming, had everything ready. Fuel and transportation were arranged to perfection. Even though I flew in a single engine, I was treated like a million bucks. This place is first class and has everything you could ever need at an FBO!!! I will visit again!! Thanks for the first class treatment Miami Executive!!!!!

Used Miami Executive Aviation as it is the CAA preferred FBO on the field. Our passengers decided to leave early and I called on the way to the airport to have the aircraft pulled up and fueled so we could be ready ASAP. They refused to fuel the aircraft without me signing the ticket. I was NOT impressed. The CSR said that the FAA "made" them do it that way. In my years of corporate aviation I have NEVER seen this practice. After arrival at the FBO (with our pax arrival imminent) I signed the fuel ticket only to be notified that we were number 3 or 4 for fuel... They also just called me at 6:30pm at home on my cell to see how their service was... We have used Orion in the past and received much better service; we'll be headed next door on our next trip.

Very high fuel prices, CSRs didn't seem to want to be bothered with my light twin and me. I got in just ahead of a storm to pick up a friend. We asked for a crew car so we could grab something to eat while we waited. I was told it was out. Shortly after a small jet arrived and the pilots asked for and got the keys to a crew car. I guess one magically became available. I'll be stopping at Perry or Ft. Lauderdale next time I'm in the area instead.

Fuel prices are extremely high but they are willing to work with you if you can pump some volume.
