Arrived one day before Hurricane Irene. Had reserved a hangar spot. Got out of the aircraft and told line to put it in after I got back from dropping pax at hotel. They looked at me and said we better check. They came back and said I better talk to front desk. When I returned I stopped at the front desk to ask about my hangar spot. The guy behind the desk just looked at me and said no one here reserved it. I felt as though he could care a less that I had called. Funny how my car got reserved but not my hangar. If it were an option we would never return! The line manager later in the day called and said he found room for me.
Had an electrical problem enroute to Albany and had to divert to Worcester. Plane was at the airport for a week but Swissport only charged us for one night as we were waiting for a new alternator. Brian at Mass Aviation fixed the problem and installed a new alternator at a reasonable cost. Would recommend Swissport and Mass Aviation they were both very helpful.
Flew in when nothing was going on in the terminals/GA due to holiday. The linesman guided us to the parking spot and chocked the plane. He didn't say a word - but we didn't care. Filled out paperwork at the desk and asked to top off the tanks. Paid the bill, returned the chocks to the proper storage bin, and off we went. You could call this place a less than cheerful environment fwiw - again, we didn't mind but I can see why others would.
