Great people and facility. Boy, it sure gets windy there! I also got the bill that arrives later in the mail. I understand that this comes from the county and that the FBO has no control over it. For my single engine piston it was only $10, marked down to $5 for some reason. The amount was acceptable but the method of billing weeks after the fact is annoying enough to make one want to land somewhere else next time. Five stars for the FBO, one star for the county.

Line staff was very friendly and accommodating. I asked, and was told, there was no overnight parking fee. Stayed three nights. Bought fuel before we left. A month later received a bill from the county for $350 dollars: $150 airport use fee, $225 for three nights parking (on a wide open and nearly empty ramp), and a credit of $25 toward the use fee because I bought fuel. Message received loud and clear: I won't be using this airport again.

Service was ok. Two weeks after arriving home from KOTH on 10/18/17 we received an invoice from Coos County for a $150.00 airport USE FEE and an OVERNIGHT FEE of $75 per night for having the privilege to use the public airport in our P180. We bought fuel so they gave us a $25.00 credit on FEE's. Total invoice was $275.00 to park on county ramp for two nights and we did buy fuel. Beware of local gov fees listed in fine print on Coos County Airport gov web site!
