This place is going downhill fast and proving to be very unfriendly to transiting pilots. Flew in with my family in our Cherokee Six for lunch as Moonlight BBQ, like we have dozens of times in the past. This time they wanted $35/hr for the "courtesy car" or free with 85 gallons of fuel purchased. My airplane doesn't even hold 85 gallons! Tried to find another FBO but no others are open on the weekend. You can use the self serve pump at the other FBO and go out the gate to eat lunch, but you can't get back in (due to TSA "Security" concerns! Needless to say, Mid America and OWB won't be seeing my airplane again.

Line crew was friendly, but crew car fee is now $30/1 hour without a minimum fuel purchase of 85 gallons.

David and his crew did a great job handling the recent Mooney Proficiency weekend. It took great coordination to handle that many airplanes in a short period of time.

My student and I thought we'd take an x-country to Owensboro to check out their famous BBQ. When we got to MidAmerica Jet the first thing I noticed was no personnel was insight to park us. So after parking ourselves we walked in to find 2 pilots that had just recently parked. There were no employees around. It wasn't until twenty minutes later after calling an "in case of emergency" number that someone finally showed up. Nice airport. Just wish it had better services.

This is a great facility. Good day crew with Dave and Kathy. But I really wish they would bring John back. We could always count on him to take care of us. Service is hit or miss now and they are really understaffed. Overall a good place to stop.

Horrible service. The line guy seemed confused and didn't quite understand what I was saying. Then he disappeared to fuel a jet. OK, granted the jet was a DC-9 and it takes time to fuel, but is it so hard to have more than one lineman employed at any given point? I waited for nearly an hour until I gave up and left.

My compliments and praise to the management of MidAmerica Jet and the staff. Kathy, Conan, and David are some of the most considerate and helpful individuals I have had the opportunity to do business with while flying cross-country. Great customer service!!!!

I had to RON at OWB on Jun 28 due to ATL weather. Mark was most helpful finding me a good motel and gave me a ride into town. Kathy came and got me the next morning. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Mike went out of his way to give me a good price on the room. Lots of helpful folks at OWB and I recommend MidAmerica FBO.

Excellent FBO with reasonable gas prices. They said they like to keep their full service price the same as the other FBO's self serve price which is a nice surprise. We'll be back for sure.

Great place... Very open and clean. Prompt service even in the late hours of the night. Mike was there to help tie down our plane and went out of the way to make a hotel reservation. He even drove us to our hotel which we have never seen before. They have a large pilot lounge and great wx room. Bathrooms are spick and span. Mike thanks again for the car ride and helping us get supper. Great laughs and stories along the way.

The staff is always sure to be friendly anytime I come in, especially Mike and Tony. Both of them always make sure the last part of my day is a good one.
