The Modern Transport FBO is not open on Sundays. Their $3.69 price vs. Mid America's $4.50 price makes it a no-brainer for fueling. The Mid America folks were super friendly when I taxied in on Sunday to use their wx briefing facilities after refueling at the Modern S/S pump.

Stopped in for fuel on our way to Wichita on 9/24/08. The self serve worked great and since it was around lunch time the FBO gave me a crew car to use and directions to the Moonlight Barbeque; great lunch, good stop and good service. The fuel price was good as well.

This is a great place to buy gas! Very nice and helpful.. Give them a call and they'll have a car standing by for you so you can go out and grab a bite. They went about and beyond to help me with a few extra requests and I can't say enough good about them.

Stopped by Modern last week for fuel and to park for the afternoon. Decent facility with nice people. If you’re up for a moderate walk head over to moonlight cafe for a great lunch stop.
