I had to divert to Palm Beach due to bad weather that rolled in. I stopped in Galaxy and they charged me $30 for ramp fee. Normally I would not mind, but to pay $30 for a 30min stop in the FBO is uncalled for. I was not greeted at the airplane by anyone (guess they did not want to get wet due to torrential downpour) and the lady at the front desk did not budge with the price.

Used Galaxy on our recent trip to West Palm and it was a great experience. Laurel and the counter crew were very professional to work with and treated us as VIP's. Will most definitely use them next time we go back to PBI..... Univ of South Carolina crew.

Flew into PBI Feb 18 and left of the 21st for business. Fly a Cessna 400, I believe I was the only piston on the ramp, lots of big iron. However I was treated well and the service was OK. Prices are high as expected for Palm Beach or any other airport of this size. I will come back again.

Flew into Galaxy in a Piper Matrix to visit West Palm Beach for few days, everybody was helpful, prices are common for a big airport, great job from everybody will be back.

It just not any better than this. Counter and Line Service--The best.

From Grant Castilow on 04-Oct-2010

On our first flying trip as a family from Sarasota to Palm Beach, my wife, two kids and I were welcomed to Galaxy like VIP's. The lineman rushed out and guided us to park our little C172. Seth and Karen greeted us at the desk who immediately offered a complimentary car instead of a taxi for a trip to lunch and the Science Museum. This made a huge impression on us all and was especially comforting to my wife who was not feeling great after the bumpy ride. She has agreed to make the trip again if it includes a stop at Galaxy.

Flew into KPBI today in my little 172 SP. Had a meeting across the street (and canal) and asked for walking directions. Lynda (?) insisted that she give me a courtesy car, over my objections. Used the car to attend the meeting (which, given the canal, actually was needed), then burned about 1/4 tank of gas meeting a client for lunch. Upon my return, I offered to pay to refuel the car and I was told that it was a "courtesy car, " and that no payment was necessary. The staff at Galaxy could not have been more courteous, helpful or enjoyable. They had several multimillion-dollar jets on the ramp yet treated me like I was their most valued customer. My hat is off to them and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

In for fuel last nite and had best of everything, as usual, in our Turbo Commander N900NE.

From Jon Fussle on 07-Oct-2009

Just got back from the Bahamas (camping on the beach at a deserted island). Due to the NIGHTMAREISH new regulations, I was forced into PBI, despite it being MILES out of the way. After I cleared customs, I needed somewhere to get online and figure out where I was going next and how to get there. The nearest FBO is Galaxy, and got the standard PBI sticker shock. For having a single-engine there for 30 minutes while I used the Internet I was charged $15 landing fee, $30 handling fee, and was threatened with a $25/night parking fee. I took 10 gallons of the overpriced go-juice to waive the handling fee and got as far from PBI as possible. Would HIGHLY recommend avoiding PBI at all costs... Because it WILL cost.

A 'best of' place for our Turbo Commander N900NE. Thanks folks. Well done.

This is THE FBO to go to in PBI. It is the absolutely best service I have ever experienced. I fly a C182 and I was treated like I flew a Gulfstream V! The prices, service and facilities are a breath of fresh air.

Flown in here several times now. Very nice FBO. Fuel price is reasonable and service is first rate. Sparkle always takes great care of us.

From Garry Casey on 24-Mar-2009

1st Class operation. Fuel price w/Colt card was reasonable. Facility is excellent. Staff was friendly & helpful. What more can you ask for?

From Stephen Donaldson on 23-Mar-2009

I WILL NEVER USE GALAXY AT PBI AGAIN due to them charging my pilot $75.00 for "Facility Fee and LF Transient" to taxi over from US Customs to pick up $120 worth of catering. Charging someone $75.00 to pick up Catering IS OUTRAGOUS! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Flew into Galaxy in Cirrus today to drop off a passenger. Called 10 minutes out for a quick turn top off. Upon arrival, no linemen were to be seen until I almost parked too close (100 yards) to the entrance. Gasp! Then one came scurrying out to wave me off and direct me to a spot further away. After telling him I'd like a quick turn, he said I'd have to go inside and give them a credit card before he could do anything. No offer of a ride to the FBO on his golf cart. Once inside, things were more pleasant and the fuel service was completed in a timely manner. My question is this: What's the point of calling ahead if they aren't going to do anything until you go inside and hand over your credit card? Are they worried about gas thieves? Even Wal-Mart says, "Pump first, then pay. We trust you!" Ok, maybe they just have you on camera, but you get the point.
