You won't find a friendlier FBO. Nicely maintained airport, comfortable FBO. Good gas prices. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. Let me use the crew car for 24 hours at no charge saving me a car rental fee. Please patronize these people, they deserve it.

I was in the area due to Oshkosh and thought it would be fun to rent an airplane and take a quick tour of the area from the air. First off I found their main office to be messy and unprofessional with a mattress in the middle of the floor with some blankets. After all the paper work was filled out for renting, they said they only take cash and checks, no credit cards! Didn't tell me that over the phone. So I had to make my way back into town and find an ATM. Then after getting back I had to wait about 15 min for the instructor because he was off getting an airplane to work on. I felt like I was bothering them. Then finally when I got a chance to fly with the instructor (which is required for insurance) I found out they don't provide head sets, nor do they rent them. So I had to use the hand held mic in the plane and shout to talk to the instructor. What a joke! They didn't tell me any of this over the phone. It was a bad experience and I won't be back!

I was forced to land after taking off from OSH during AirVenture to take a friend up, then the airport closed due to an accident. So this seemed like a convenient place. I found great fuel prices and excellent service. Borrowed the crew car and had lunch at the King's Table - excellent family style restaurant! I plan to visit here next year.
