  Sheltair at KPMP has fantastic staff and service. Not only did the linemen marshal us in, they helped us with our aircraft cover, pulled our rental car up, and helped us with our luggage. I know this doesn't seem all that amazing, but it's unusual to get that kind of service these days (at least for a single engine Bonanza). In addition, the staff at the desk were very helpful (especially with the rental car), friendly, and solicitous. We appreciate the excellent service and the personal touch!

  Once again the team at Sheltair Pompano Beach took great care of our Seneca, and offered fair Avgas pricing. Laura, Ashley and Everton welcomed us back and extended their warm hospitality.

  Outstanding service from the ramp to the counter. Not so busy, so lent me the club car for longer than the 2 hr. Limit, saving me rental costs. Friendly folks all around. I always enjoy flying into KPMP.

  Line service polite and efficient. Helped with baggage and tie down. Delivered car to the aircraft. Jamie was very helpful getting us on our way in Pompano. My only complaint was that there was not a ladder in the self serve fuel area and I needed to borrow one from an adjacent hangar tenant.

  I bought a second home in Pompano. Fuel is cheaper at other nearby airports, but the service from Janie and her attention to details and helping with anything we need keeps us coming back.

  We flew in for the New Year's Eve Bills-Dolphins game. Having arranged two Enterprise rental cars we found the rental contracts to be blank where the costs should have been. (I never sign a blank contract.) When the Sheltair desk representative (Janie) contacted the local Enterprise office by phone, the rates we significantly different than those quoted by phone one-week prior. I declined to accept, Janie started calling the other Pompano Enterprise office while I called the national Enterprise reservation number. Both of us got nowhere. I was advised that I could accept the higher rate for the first day and we could get it "corrected" the next day (a Sunday, not to mention New Year's Eve). I was skeptical on the likeliness if success once I had inked the contract. After about 90 minutes of this (I still refused to sign when the numbers are blank) the Enterprise manager wandered in and personally wrote out the originally quoted rates. Janie needs a raise! Thanks. We'll be back.
