		First time at Tri-Cities. Took our bonanza up to drop off a friend. On departure we thought we lost a cylinder due to roughness. Jason, manager at Tri Cities, was extremely helpful while we trouble shot the problem on the ramp. He brought us a tent for shade and tools. After we fixed the problem he allowed us to use his personal vehicle to get lunch. Great experience and cheap fuel. Yes, we topped off all four tanks before departing.

		Staff was unbelievably courteous, helpful, friendly, and bent over backwards for our overnight stay. The facility is in the middle of complete renovation, and if the restrooms are any indication, it will be beautiful. Good fuel prices, and cart start in the morning - highly recommend Tri-Cities!

		I was in the area for a month on contract. I checked fuel prices in the area and found that Tri-Cities Aviation was almost a dollar cheaper per gallon for fuel than Bergstroms. Doesn't make sense to pay more for the same thing. So my choice was Tri-Cities Aviation and I was pleasantly surprised by courtesy and professionalism. The manager Jason made sure that I was more than taken care of and was sure to help me with anything I needed. The new remodeling is very nice and will be very nice when 100% done. Tri-Cities Aviation proved to be a valued partner to the skies and I will be a repeat customer anytime I'm in the area or at least stop by to check an see if their bbq'ing

		I flew in on Memorial Day, staff was excellent. Both Manager and employee greeted me upon my arrival and made sure I was accommodated with fuel, aircraft tiedown, and hotel reservations right away. Not to mention they were much cheaper with both 100LL and Jet A fuel prices compared to the other FBO. I would highly recommend Tri-Cities Aviation to anyone flying into the KPSC.

		Emailed on Tuesday night to see if courtesy car would be available Wednesday p.M. TCA emailed back Wednesday morning saying yes. When we arrived they helped us fuel at the SS pump, helped carry luggage and had the Durango waiting. Fuel price was 35 cents less than my home airport, plus I got the 5% BP card rebate. Great FBO!

		Great service. Went to extra lengths to have a rental van available even though Hertz was difficult! Great people with great service. Can't wait to see the new facility completed when we are there next time.

		Friendly staff loaned us crew car for quick trip into town for lunch. Be aware that the restaurant is in the main terminal and not accessible by GA. The FBO is under construction, but provided great service

		Flew my Robinson helicopter into Pasco for business...Personnel were on the ramp to set perimeter caution cones as I spooled down. Had the rental car started and warming up in the parking lot...Very friendly operation! We'll definitely be back...

		Called a few days ahead of arrival, inquired about a courtesy car for an evening event in Pasco. This FBO allowed the late car use & provided the top notch service, helped with fueling, tie downs, they are the benchmark of quality in an FBO.

		Tri-Cities Aviation provided superlative service to my wife and me. When I couldn't get my engine started on a 100° day, they not only loaned me a battery charger and extension cord, but helped me take the cowling off on the hot ramp and provided us with cold water. While we waited for the battery to charge, they made sure we had everything we needed in the pilot lounge. I would fly out of my way to stop here again.

		Last year I stopped at the newly opened Tri-Cities Aviation because their fuel price was much lower than the other FBO. I think I was their 1st fuel customer. We travel to Pasco 8 to 10 times per year to visit family, and have always had great service here, including courtesy cars, which the other FBO stopped offering a couple of years ago. The car is always waiting in the tie down area when we arrive. On our latest trip, I called to check on a courtesy car and to see if they would mind if we brought our dog. They were OK with the dog. When we got in the car there were two chilled bottles of water waiting and even a leash and a ball for the dog in the car. The owners are always ready to help with fueling, loading luggage, etc. I highly recommend Tri-Cities Aviation.
