Diverted to KPSM for weather, and had great service at PCA. Was helped finding a hotel and provided with a crew car for the night. Tie down fee waived with fuel purchase, and everyone was very helpful. Thanks!

I loved PCA and was disappointed by PCA. Landed just as a major thunderstorm was approaching field. Offered me a hangar for protection, I shoulda asked if there was a charge. There was... $125 for a V35B!!(Dislike) Got a crew car for overnite use.(Like) had aircraft on line for 8 days @$15/day ramp fee. One nite waived for fuel purchase. (like) Never tied it down (dislike). Told me to wait to fuel until 1200 on thursday to get weekend discount of 50 cents/gal (like). Ramp personnel very nice/efficient (like). All in all, I left there feeling sorta blah about the whole experience. Probably just me.

I flew into PCA for the first time in 2009 in my piston single when I was thinking of relocating to the NH seacoast area. The friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff from PCA was definitely a factor in my decision to move to the area. PCA's top-notch maintenance and avionics departments have maintained both of my airplanes for almost two years. They have performed service, numerous modifications, and updates to my planes and I have never had a single problem with any of their work. Their rates are very reasonable considering the high quality they consistently deliver. The staff is always helpful and everything is always handled quickly with a smile. I interact with them day and night several times per week due to my frequent flying schedule and they are consistently great. If you need to stop for fuel on a cross Atlantic journey or if you just want to visit the New Hampshire or southern Maine seacoast region for business or a vacation, make Port City Air your FBO.

Landed there today with what appeared to be an alternator problem (battery wasn't charging). Spoke with Rich in the maintenance shop. They brought my plane in during lunch with my client and it was ready when I was ready to depart. The three lovely ladies at the counter were equally as personable as Rich, but unfortunately, I didn't get their names. This type of response it what sets great service apart. Highly recommended service and staff.

Port City treated me like a corporate jet owner even though I own a lowly piston single. I highly recommend them.

The PC-12 was being maintained by Atlas Aviation and Port City Air provided a nice fueling discount for the flight home. Their line service/fueling was quick and efficient to the airplane. When needed, we will refuel with Port City Air.

The personnel and facilities at PCA are outstanding. Fuel prices reasonable, BUT use caution when having your aircraft hangared. I called ahead to see if hangar space was available, what I didn't ask was the price. Two nights and the bill was $350.00. That didn't include fuel.

Flew in the morning of the airshow Saturday. Port City had a 'Follow Me' truck waiting at the taxiway and took me straight to a tie down. They shuttled us to/from the airshow and were very well organized and professional. I was very impressed with the handling given the large number of transient aircraft at the airshow that day. Made the experience all the better. Awesome!

We flew in for the air show during one of the fifteen-minute windows. PCA was swamped but they parked us helped load the grand kids and strollers, brought us to the office to register and then drove us to the opposite end of the field for air show entrance all with in 15 minutes. They went way beyond what you would expect I would use them any time I can and highly recommend them.

I flew in on July 17th to visit my son at nearby Exeter. They obviously monitor the frequencies and a lineman was trotting out to guide us in even before we were on the ramp. They were very helpful with directions, arranging the rental car, and discussing the fueling arrangements. It was the middle of a heat wave and for just $20 they put the little Diamondstar in the shade of one of the quonset huts. Those WW2 shelters are so cool I had to go out and take a photo of the plane tucked into one. This is a very professional operation with great people.

We flew into KPSM a couple weeks ago to spend a few hours in Portsmouth having lunch and shopping. The staff at PCA was great. The line personnel blocked the plane off so it wouldn't be moved and the folks at the counter provided us with a crew car for a few hours. All in all the service was great. We will definitely be back to PCA.

PCA is a fantastic FBO. Brand new with every amenity and the staff is very friendly. Great help with a rental car and reasonable prices on AVGAS. No ramp fee. My daughter as of today has decided to attend UNH, so I will be seeing a lot of PCA over the next 4 years!
