This is one professional FBO...Even for the little guys! Stayed for two nights, got the red carpet treatment. Helpful line guys who know what they're doing...Plane was staged for my departure as well. Easy to find off of 9R/27L and convenient to the road as well.

Stopped overnight at PTK (5th time) and Michigan Aviation (1st time). The service is great, they let us use a courtesy car overnight and everything was done perfectly. They're so friendly that you want to hang around and talk airplanes etc. Instead of heading for the blue! Mi Av is my first choice at PTK. AAMOF I'll be back in there later this week.

These folks are fantastic. They treated my C182 and I was treated as if we were a Gulfstream. They listened to ground control and were waiting for us before we even had a chance to call them on their Unicom frequency. They drove our rental car up to the aircraft as soon as we shut down. Treated us like gold, attended to our every need in a very friendly manner, free water for the flight out, and all with a great fuel price too. I'll make it a point to use these folks for a fuel stop in the future.

Great facility, great service, great fuel pricing so I toped it off with 500++ gal. It was a little stormy out so the linemen put my Citation CJ3 in the hangar for no charge until we arrived back for our departure. These are the kind of people to do business with as they have a clue.

Landed at 9:30pm on a snowy night looking for hangar for my airplane and a nearby hotel for me. They put me into a spacious, heated hangar for a very reasonable price, set up a hotel for me, loaned me a clean, late model Cadillac free of charge, and let me keep the car until late the next morning. Fuel price was very attractive as well. Above all, everyone was very courteous and helpful, both late at night and the following morning! I'll be back!

Flew in to Michigan Aviation on Dec 23rd during moderate snow. Very helpful staff, friendly and courteous; pleasantly different from VLL where I usually land when flying to the Detroit area. Offered to hangar my plane for only one nights charge instead of two, which was very generous and much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great facility. Comfortable lounge. To get the advertised 100LL fuel price you must use cash, check or an AirBP credit card. If you use another credit card it will be a little over 3% more per gallon. Still a good price.

Came in for cheap av gas in a winter storm. They immediately took care of us. Gave us the car and we headed for lunch to wait out the weather. Wx continued and they hooked us up with a hotel and put my little RV in the heated hangar for the night NO CHARGE! All the folks were great, from the owner, to the front desk, to the maint and line crew. FBO's like this are why we stop into airports. Thanks Michigan Air for taking such good care of us. We will be back again.

Flew into PTK on a Sunday afternoon for a Monday morning meeting in Novi. Had planned to use one of the smaller airports closer to Novi but all were closed up by 4pm on Sunday. I called Michigan Aviation at PTK and they said they would be around for my late afternoon arrival and would let me use the crew car. Once we arrived they insisted it was okay to keep the crew car until my departure late the next morning. Everyone at Michigan was very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The facility is top notch and they also are the ONLY FBO at PTK which still allows access to the ramp with your vehicle.

Good experience at Michigan Aviation on 4/20/08. Landed 9R and turned off right to their ramp. Their fuel truck is inop, but they fueled the T206H, towed and tied down. Very helpful line staff. Offered their courtesy car for short trip to the Pistons game. No ramp or service fees charged.

Stayed with Michigan Aviation on 01/31/08 through 01/02/08. Very nice facility, Line crew outstanding. Very reasonable 100LL. Hangar reasonable for Seneca II.
