Their customer service was excellent. The service was quick and responsive. Renee went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. They also have very clean windows and counters!

Wow! Greeted by name walking in the door. Receptionist (Renee) offered water and/or coffee, even asked what else we might need. We were handled, parked and fueled promptly by line personnel. Least expensive fuel on the field. Great people and beautiful facility. Don't even consider another FBO on the field!

Well, another darn funeral in Pontiac. But I swear this is the finest FBO I go to. Flew in VFR and they still had a lineman waiting for me with the car right there. Quick do some paperwork and outta there. And of course they remembered me from my last couple visits and greeted me by name. Was like coming home. Just terrific service.
