Can't say enough great things about Pentastar. Kathy did a great job pre-arranging a rental car, hotel and detailed directions to our meetings and the Detroit Auto Show, just in case we had extra time. Facilities are top notch and line-service was extremely helpful as well, even for a Saratoga driver.

Great stop. Friendly service. Nice FBO. Grill on site was good. Hanger rent a little expensive. ($150 for 1 night for a Twin Cessna) Will stop here again.

I second everything Jason Hackney said 10-May-2006. This is one of the best FBO's I have ever been to! The food at the in house lunch counter (also breakfast) was delicious. Baked salmon Florentine, rice, broccoli, and lobster brisk - $3.50. Jet A/ was $3.82. My only suggestion would be for line personal to get out a little quicker to show you where to park. Also the signage is a little unclear as to where the main entrance is located.

Our charter outfit occasionally comes to PTK and most customers request Pentastar. From a pilot's perspective, this is one of the best FBOs I have had the pleasure of visiting. There are many good FBOs throughout the country, but this place is stunning. They provide on-site food service, made-to-order, complimentary soda, water, coffee, and tea. Complimentary snacks such as baked goods (breads, cookies, brownies, etc.) and mini candy bars at the counter. They have wireless internet, a nice wide screen TV in the lounge (which is very quiet and nestled away from the bustle of the counter), electric massage chair, power (as in electric) recliners, and a crew restroom in the pilot lounge. The facility is very neat and the folks are top-notch. I look forward to coming here when I come to Pontiac.
