		Flew in 12/02/11 in our SR22. No ramp fee under 12,500lbs. Excellent service everyone there was very friendly. We were even met by 2 Line service men; didn't know which one to go to but at least they were prompt. Definitely an FBO used to serving jets but were more than happy to help us out. The manager even agreed to De-ice our frost covered wings when we got back. Will Definitely recommend to everyone headed up to the Detroit area. Oh and you should look up Operation Good Cheer...We are going to try and come up next year to help out. Thanks again for the great Service.

		Upon landing, were met by a line person and a CSR at the plane. Quick turn drop off of passenger - no fuel required. We inquired at the counter as to landing fees, and found out no charge for piston single under 12,500lbs. I asked if they had a vending machine to get a soda, and was told no sir, beverages are complimentary here, please help yourself from the cooler over there! An excellent stop - we will be back!

		I visited your FBO on Saturday June 3 and I have to tell you I couldn't have been more pleased with the service or the facility. The crew at Pentastar and all top notch professionals and I just want you to know we appreciate the white glove care and treatment we received. Great FBO!

		This was our first trip to KPTK, so we read the AirNav reviews before picking an FBO. Based on those comments we stopped at Pentastar Aviation and were not disappointed. Top notch service, clean first class facilities, courteous friendly staff, reasonable fuel price.... Simply an outstanding 5-star experience in every way. Just a family flying GA in a Saratoga but Pentastar made use feel like we were VIPs arriving in a G5!

		Flew in for 2 nights during cold snowy weather. Called ahead for hangar space and rental cars. Called 15 out and both cars were at planeside, running and warm when we shut down. The line people and the CSR's were competing to see who could give the best service. On departure, they let us load the bags and preflight in the warm hangar. When our people arrived, they coordinated to pull the plane out, fuel, load passengers and de-ice in a minimum amount of time. Didn't need the de-ice after all. Fast friendly expert service all around. Definitely the place to stop.

		Went to PTK with single engine piston plane. Great facility, nice people. As good as it gets! Noticed an oil drip below my engine. Pentastar maintenance is strictly large jets. I called every other maintenance shop on the field; no one would look at it until Monday morning. I even offered to pay a call-out charge. Nope, see us Monday. Called Pentastar. They got their service manager at home. Happy to open the cowl to let me determine if there was a serious problem, on SUNDAY. Upon inspection we all agreed there was no problem. They buttoned it up. No charge for the help, wouldn't even accept the tip I offered. Amazing service, considering if there really were a problem, they wouldn't be doing the repair. For the small difference in fuel price versus the other FBOs on the field, they are worth it!

		The best FBO in MI. Service is quick and friendly, prices are reasonable and it definitely has first class accommodations.
