Nice airport with good facilities. Enterprise RAC was prompt and helpful. I wish they were open on weekends.

Stopped in for lunch on Sunday 12-17-06 and enjoyed tasty food at the on-airport cafe. We were a group of 12, and the service was excellent. Fuel was as advertised: $3.65 for self-serve 100LL, and there's also an air pump for your tires (which we needed) A pleasant stopover.

Stopped in Porterville in August to look at a plane for sale. Fuel prices weren't the cheapest in the area, but they were as advertised on AirNav. Nice little airport with a good cafe.

Stopped in on a Friday and left on Saturday. Self-serve worked fine. I rented a car from Enterprise. I had made the reservation day before and then called before departure. Desk person tried to tell me that reservation had just been made and they may not have a car for me. When I told her I made the reservation the day before, she was argumentative. Eventually got a car, but was not happy with overall experience. Had another rental company been around, I would have used them in a Porterville minute.
