We spent the last two weeks in January here and could not be happier with the experience. Kia called several times to make sure that everything was alright. If you are looking for a nice place to fly into with a vehicle near the beach, this is it!

CAR USE included!! They have a nice SUV at the airport for your use while you are staying there. The condo is right on the beach, it's always clean and cheerful. The balcony has a nice view and is in the shade at all the right times. I've come to Port A for years and this is the best deal out there!

The unit is in an older complex, but don't let that deter you - It is a very clean and nice unit with a gorgeous beach view. Access to the unit owner's car at the airport makes this an extremely convenient place to stay on the island, and we'll be back!

Sea Isle #46 is great!! We had a wonderful time! The condo is fresh and clean and in a great location with a good view of the beach and water. The covered porch is perfect for enjoying coffee or breakfast while watching the gulf. There was nothing that we needed and we will be back!

Be advised...We called Sea Isle Condo #46 while staying in San Marcos, and were told "There's only one guy who handles reservations, and he's not here now...Can he call you back?" Since we were about to launch, that wasn't an option... Response from Thomas Mangold, Sea Isle Condo #46
Please note - this is our vacation home - we love to have pilots as guests, but this is not a full time job for me. Please don't call as you're taking off for the coast and expect to reach me - I'm probably fishing or flying.
