Pulled up on 1/7/2012 in my Bonanza and was immediately marshalled into the front slot by the door. Line crew was right there to welcome us and ask if we needed any services in a very friendly manner. Took on fuel. Borrowed a very nice 2012 crew car. When we returned and the front desk was telling me my fuel charges, I asked if there were any discounts for mentioning AirNav. He gave me my full service fuel at the self service price! Very cool! This FBO is beautiful and well-equipped with all the goodies. Their customer service should be a model for other FBO's to mimic and learn from. Anytime I come to Dallas area, I’m going to KRBD! Thanks guys!

Jet Center: wow! One of the best, and most courteous FBOs I've been to! Great Self Service fuel prices (probably full service, too. I didn't check). Nicest lady ever at the front desk. Quick service, amazingly nice facilities. I was new to the field, I didn't know that Dallas Jet Center had moved, so I taxied to their old location.

Great service and attention. I flew in on an Angel Flight and they gave me a great fuel discount, free overnight hangar and drove me to my hotel. Thanks for making my stay stress free

Flying into Dallas has always been a challenge. However, flying into Jet Center of Dallas at the Executive Airport has always been a highlight of our experience. Although our last trip in they were not aware of our coming, upon our arrival they made us feel like family and they took great care of our airplane since we were there for a week. If you are coming to the World Series, to see the Texas Rangers, make your day by landing at Dallas Executive Airport and stay at Jet Center of Dallas. They are terrific!

This FBO is "Top Shelf". From the moment we arrived until we left we were taken care of and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. This is a great FBO.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience or better facilities. I landed before a bad storm rolled in and they got my aircraft into the hangar immediately. The facilities included a home theater, a pool room, showers, and even bunks for the weary pilot. I'll definitely return.

The people at Jet Center of Dallas are fabulous. We recently flew in from the East Coast in our 182 and called them on our way so they would have us a rent car and be expecting us. They had everything waiting for us and were exceptionally helpful. Paula in the office is one of the sweetest, most helpful people I have ever met. We love flying in to Jet Center of Dallas because they treat us like family! If you are coming to Dallas try Dallas Exec Airport and become family at Jet Center of Dallas.

Friendly service. Good prices, no ramp fee. The taxiway diagram on AirNav.Com shows them in a different part of the ramp. They are on the SE corner of the airport off taxiway A.

Flew into KRBD for the Cotton Bowl and I was impressed with the improvements that were being made. They took great care of my passengers and me. Had a rental and was on my way within 10 minutes. I will be back here for LSU's season opener.

Quick turn! Great price! Awesome food next door! I handed them my card when we got off the plane, they had a golf cart at the wing for the 200 yard ride to the lunch spot and I signed the fuel receipt after we finished lunch. As good as it gets.

Jet Center of Dallas is the "best kept secret" in Dallas. These are the greatest people who take outstanding care of you. The lineman was there when we arrived to help us in and he was available to help us load and get out. Paula is the best person and welcomes you and helps you with anything you need. She is outstanding, warm and friendly and willing to serve. Tony who seems to oversee all is wonderful. We are only flying a Cessna 182 but they treat us as if we were flying a jet star. Love Field is a little closer to where I go in Dallas but the convenience of this airport and the great fuel prices make it easy to go here in exchange for the slightly longer drive into town. The fuel prices here are almost half what some places at Love will charge you but the service is every bit as good. The folks here bent over backwards to accommodate me. When I elected to self-fuel, they even offered to tow my plane down to the self-service pumps! I will be back.

First visit to KRBD from San Diego. Great experience. Tony, the GM, greeted us at the plane and the line and office staff went out of their way to accommodate. We just landed in a Turbo Arrow, but were treated like the big jet clients. They offered immediately free hangar service overnight. 100LL at $4.15FS was a nice surprise, especially coming from CA. I will return and highly recommend Jet Center of Dallas to all fellow pilots.

Absolutely the best. Tony, the GM, met me at the plane and was extremely friendly and helpful. I had pinched my oxygen tube in the seat, and he took it back to the Cutter maintenance and they trimmed and reattached it, no charge. Excellent fuel prices and room to put my sheet metal mistress in a hangar overnight makes this the best way to do Dallas.

Staff at JCoD most helpful even though we're a single Bellanca. Treated us very well including self service price for truck pumped when I could not find SS fueling point, brought rental car to plane side and two days later helped us reverse the process. Definitely recommended.

I had the pleasure of picking up and dropping off at KRBD on the way up and back to/from Iowa last week. Everything was great, gas prices are fantastic compared to where I live (San Marcos), the service/staff was very friendly and there just couldn't be anything more to ask. The facilities are great as well. Hats off to Jet Center.

I flew into KRBD and used Jet Center of Dallas for my stay from May 29-June 1, 2009. I was stunned at the price of 100LL ($2.98/gal). My rental car was waiting and cooled down. The ramp assistants helped me unload my luggage and family (including a toddler and infant). Most of all I was totally surprised at that Tony waived the hangar fee for me to keep my plane inside for the entire stay. Service was top notch and you cannot beat the price anywhere.

Once again the service at Jet Center was overwhelming flew in from T82 for a 2 hr meeting in Dallas let me use a car also ask if the plane could get a wash Kelly set it up no problem got back the next day with a clean plane and full of fuel, Jet Center is the only place I Will fly into Dallas and a great staff! P.S fuel is cheaper than most small airports

You will not find a friendlier, more helpful FBO. Obviously you will go to Jet Center for the prices, but you will return for the service. With rental car waiting, you can be in areas served by Love in 25 minutes.

I was at Jet Center of Dallas on April 14 and the service was fabulous. Tony and Kelly allowed me to use one of the courtesy cars (a clean and fine van) for a couple of hours (and I was glad to fill it up with gas even though no one asked me to). My Comanche and I were treated first class and the entire experience was pleasurable. Flying into this airport and using this FBO made my trip better. Period. I am a fan and will be back.

Excellent! Best FBO I've been to in 10 years of flying. 10 minutes to downtown. They insisted I take their courtesy car. On this day, it was a new Chrysler 300 with leather. Fuel was very reasonable and they put the airplane in the hangar overnight at no cost. Great People. Manager's name is Tony. Be careful, another FBO has similar name.

Take advantage of the convenience of RBD and the outstanding service at Jet Center of Dallas. Travel time to downtown Dallas is less than the time from DAL, DFW, or ADS. I've tried them all. RBD is equal to them, easier to get in, shorter taxi, and same time travel to downtown. Jet Center of Dallas is equal to any of the FBO's at those big airports. Staff and service are truly outstanding. Prices reasonable. Don't miss this.

Brought my family in for a concert on Sunday night. Incredible service, the rental car was brought right out to the plane, fueling began as we left, directions were provided to where we were going, and the facilities for my co-pilot were impeccable. When I come to Dallas on business I will always use the Jet Center (as long as the keep fuel reasonable.

One of the worst FBO's I've never frequented. The Jet Center of Dallas sent me SPAM (unsolicited commercial email) asking for my business. I would never frequent a business that sends unsolicited commercial email, and I hope you won't either. (Email on Dec 8th 2007 from Heather Southard.)
