A good experience at Millennium this weekend. Arrived yesterday in my 182. Temperature dropped to ~15F overnight. Millennium plugged in my engine heater for ~3 hours this morning. Then brought my plane into their heated hangar prior to departure to melt the frost ... And wiped away any moisture to prevent refreezing. All leading to a more comfortable (albeit still chilly) departure.

Sorry to post this comment but I think it will help a lot of people. Please look at alternatives and make your own decisions. My personal experience may not reflect their actual service but it could have not been worse. They mischarged me and would not even talk to me to reconcile. The owner hides behind his clerk. This is only my opinion but the airplane and pilot community have a sense of trust. Disagreements should be talked out not ignored.

We visited RDG and Millennium Aviation on 5-12-2009. We were met on the ramp and directed to parking by very helpful line staff. Our fuel order was taken and our bird refueled without delay. We had made arrangements to use a crew vehicle for a visit to the Cabela's store in nearby Hamburg. One of two very nice vehicles was waiting for us upon our arrival. Millenniums staff had even taken the time to print us a map and directions to our destination, something that we really appreciated. There is a sports bar in the terminal within a 5 min walk of Millenniums facility with reasonable food. All fees were waived with our fuel purchase. We felt very comfortable with our bird on Millenniums ramp; it was well cared for with very good security. Thanks Millennium for a great experience, N5441H will be back for another visit. Highly recommended.

We flew up to RDG to go to the outlets and parked at Millennium. The staff was friendly and gave us a crew car for the few hours we were there. They printed up directions and got us out in only a few minutes. Upon our return the plane was fueled the bill was ready and we were given a large bag of Pretzels. I will go there again. Thanks Millennium.
