I wanted to send a quick email to commend you on the fine staff of folks who helped us out yesterday - from the lineman who welcomed us to the ramp to the extremely pleasant and helpful woman who got us hooked up with a Hertz rental car. I found your service to be impeccable and especially since our original destination was Pottsville. We had to go missed at Pottsville and selected Reading as our alternate because of slightly better weather and your staff's willingness to help out with the rental car. All in all the Reading Jet Center helped to make the day in your area productive and I just wanted you to know how much we appreciated the fine service and courtesy your crew showed to us unexpected visitors. We will not hesitate to ramp and fuel at the Reading Jet Center the next time our travels take us to your area. Please extend these kudos to your team. Best regards, Ray Chester President UTS 5500 International Parkway SE Grand Rapids, MI 49512

As a professional pilot we visit a lot of FBOs in a week. The service this facility provides is second to none. They bent over backwards to go above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended..

We arrived late in the evening and decided not to hangar the aircraft. In the morning the aircraft was covered with frost. The lineman, Gordy, offered to pull out some of the other aircraft to make room for our Gulfstream in their hangar. He pulled our aircraft in and turned on the heaters. After the frost melted, he wiped down the aircraft. Our aircraft was dried and pulled back out with only a fifteen-minute delay. He saved the day! There was no charge for the hangar and fuel was a good price. When we went back we bought extra gas. This is some of the best service we have received in a long time. They went above and beyond to help us get on our way without expensive de-icing.

Don't stop here if you want to be treated fairly! Their sign says parking fee waived with fuel purchase. Bought fuel and got charged $100 for 2 night parking. I had bought 30 gallons and still got charged. Even thought their sign made no mention of a minimum fuel purchase. They said I had to buy 50 gallons, so I bought another 20 gallons and then they told me that covered one night, so I still had a 50-dollar parking fee for one night! The airport only charges a landing fee for turbine powered airplanes, but they charged me for landing. On top of all of that, when I arrived mid week around 4pm there was no one to help me park the plane or chock the wheels. The FBO was completely empty. The management was rude and basically said if I did not like it to go somewhere else.
