This is the second time I've been here in the last year. It hasn't changed. Gas is expensive and the personnel are indifferent at best. The weather phone still doesn't work and when I asked the attendant he didn't offer an alternative although he had a phone right on his desk.

What a great find for a RON. The fuel may not be rock bottom priced, but it was well within reason for full serve, and the line crew was fantastic. The complimentary Holiday Inn van was there within 10 minutes, and the H.I. Was a first-rate, up to date facility. Walked next door for a surprisingly good Thai dinner, and had breakfast at the in-hotel "Wingers" restaurant. Abandoned the breakfast menu, and had excellent chicken wings with "Atomic" sauce for breakfast. Make sure you know yourself before you do that prior to a five-hour leg. Great package, including an excellent airport infrastructure, and an ILS to boot. I'll be back.

Flew in on 6/6/10. Great place to stop for fuel and a break! Definitely would use this airport again as a fuel stop!

First, the automatic weather reporting visibility is VERY optimistic, at least in snow. We, and the aircraft that landed 2 hours after us both descended down to the ILS mins. before we saw the runway in reported 1.5 + mile visibility and 400 broken. Second, no one came out for us or the next aircraft in to offer any parking guidance. Third, inquiring about deicing got a "we have Type I or II, I think". I would be willing to bet the mix hasn't been adjusted for the daily conditions and I would be concerned with the application technique. And finally, the "FBO" is a dump. Not just old, as I LIKE old and funky FBO's (Vernal, Ut. Being a great example). No, this is a dump with a dirty toilet, stained rugs and just plain run-down dog-tired dirty. The FBO is run by the city or county. What an embarrassment. Hopefully the "Airline Terminal" is better. If we didn't have business here I'd only stop if I were on fire.
