Just a great FBO! Been here several times and the facility and service just seem to get better and better. Appreciate the hospitality even though I couldn't buy fuel this time.

Used to go into Springdale because it is closer to my destination but I've switched to ROG and Beaver Lake Aviation. The other airport had higher prices and an attitude that was not customer focused. Beaver Lake Aviation is the opposite. The people here are either carefully selected or well trained or both. They could be the model to teach other FBOs how to treat customers. The facility is first class and the hangers are heated. I fly a Bonanza so I don't represent a big cash customer to them but I'm treated like a big jet customer. I switched to Beaver Lake Aviation around Christmas of 2009 and never looked back.

Excellent facility and top-notch service. We arrived just before closing due to a storm front, and they got us fueled up quickly and offered all kinds of help. The security guard (John) was even nice enough to stick around until the storm blew through and we were able to resume. Thanks guys!

Wowie! Super nice and clean facility. The restrooms have showers, and it looks like there are even some sleeping rooms here, although I didn't need anything that elaborate.

Flew in to ROG for a quick 2-night getaway in Eureka Springs with my wife a few weeks ago. Beaver Lake is a top-notch operation. Their full service 100LL was quite competitive, and their line service guys were very friendly and accommodating. Small planes get to park right by the door to the FBO if they're not too crowded, and they'll move your plane into their hangar if there's any seriously adverse weather while you're away from your plane. The facilities are modern, clean, and they have just about any service a pilot would need.

We had a great experience at Beaver Lake during our recent weekend trip. Excellent service, and everyone was very friendly.

We stop here frequently in our N900NE Turbo Commander and always get very fast service by friendly and helpful staff. Great lounge area and flight planning area. Always a favorite place here and quick in and out, if need be.
