I was treated very well by the staff. In the morning, my aircraft had frost, but the staff quickly helped me with putting it inside a heated hangar.

Fuel and lunch stop. Crew car was a nice van. FBO has a soda fountain with ice. Wifi had issues, but they quickly reset the router and it was working again.

Stopped there for fuel on our way from Houston to Flagstaff. Was met at the ramp and the gentleman promptly chocked and tied down the plane. Once inside I gave our fuel order and asked if I could borrow the courtesy car. It was a nice late model minivan. We drove around town, had lunch, and I returned it with more gas than I found it.

We had an excellent fuel stop this weekend. A follow-me truck parked us, and the refueling was quick and accurate. Nice clean FBO with all you'll need. Extremely helpful ATC, who made navigating an unfamiliar airport very easy. An interesting side benefit of stopping here is seeing all the planes in the aircraft graveyard-- taxiing through the middle of them is kind of eerie, but fascinating.

Made quick diversion stop due to turbulence. Service was very friendly. FBO facility is nice, with free soft drinks! Staff helped with no-notice hotel and rental car accommodations. I requested overnight fuel top-off. In the morning, the plane had not been fueled. Desk staff apologized and said we might have to wait 30-60 minutes behind other fuel orders. They told the fueler that the night shift had messed up. He hustled and fueled us first. I appreciated it and I will be back!

Chose to stop overnight at Roswell and was not disappointed! ATC was top notch, with the tower/ground controllers being very tolerant of my need for progressive guidance to GSA. The evening and day folks at GSA were all cordial and helpful in taking care of us, though we arrived unannounced. Be aware that most of the motels are several miles away, with little chance of free pickup -- One-way taxi to the north end of town can be $25-30...

I think maybe the management has been looking at the comments, and has made some positive changes. I had been into ROW a couple of times and found the service a little disjointed. My last two trips, it has been exceptional. Lady at the desk was very helpful, arranging a rental quickly without a reservation, the manager met me at the line with a golf car for transport, and the line service was immediate and friendly. Good job Southwest, please keep it up! BTW the tower has always been very helpful, friendly and expedient during my trips.

This was my first time to the SW New Mexico area and I selected Roswell based on the information in the comments, but was a bit guarded. However I found Approach and Tower personnel to be very professional, followed by the Staff at GSA to be above and beyond. Catered to any requests to include a quick check from the FBO mechanic on an unexpected oil leak. This was pleasant as the Mooney was kinda overshadowed by a couple hundred airliners on the tarmac. Great job and will return and recommend to anyone...

Arrived in the PC-12 after making arrangements one day in advance and confirming with staff two hours before arrival. Arrive and taxi to parking area with no ramp/line personnel assisatnce. Casual, YES! Professional, NO! Nice FBO amenities inside with soda and ice dispenser FREE! Coffee available along with WSI. Pilot lounge with TV. AVTRIP points available for fuel. Enterprise Car rental available. Crew cars very nice for the casual atmosphere. Max of 1.5 hours on crew car away from facility. Overall, a good experience, but could be much better with appropriate customer service training.

Worst FBO I’ve EVER had to deal with. I landed there 10 minutes before they closed. Buy the time the fuel guy got to me it was 5 mins after close. They decided to charge me a $76 dollar call out fee even though they were already there!! The line guy was also rude about it. Please never EVER stop here!

Though the gas here wasn't cheap, I have to say I had a much better experience than some of the folks on this post. The folks at Southwest Aviation were pleasant, and the controllers were very helpful. In fact, I messed up the time on my IFR flight plan going out and it was missing, and the tower filed a new one for me while I was taxiing out. Outstanding.

Arrived in a light Jet in the early afternoon. Line crew was excellent. Front desk gal was terrible. Asked if there was anyplace to get lunch and she said no without any compassion to help two starving pilots! Had to pry information out of her and ultimately no crew car or rental available. This would be the last place I will stop again on my way cross-country. Recommend you stop elsewhere.

Flew in there this weekend, staff was not very friendly and fuel was overpriced, did I forget to mention that the tower was rude and not helpful at all either? I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Landed around 5pm... Wanted to continue to our home airport but was told that there was no self-serve, and moreover that there would be a $75 call out to get a fuel truck. They also charged about $1.50/gal more than most of the airports in the state ($5.09). Only went because weather diverted us... And thought we would make the best of it but man it felt a bit like price gouging.

Flew in to Roswell to spend 4th of July in Ruidoso. Great Southwest is a nice FBO. Line personnel and lady inside were very courteous and hangared ($30 a night) my Debonair as requested due to rain. I just wish their gas prices were more reasonable. I stopped in Brownfield inbound and saved $1.20 a gallon. Inconvenient but saved $50+.

My vote for one of the worst in NM. You basically have to buy fuel at their over inflated price if you want any service. If you need a GPU, even if you buy fuel you only get use for 15-20 minutes. You gotta be joking me. My FO had to make coffee, get his own ice, pull our chocks and we marshaled our own selves. When are these cheap FBO's going to learn if you want us to buy gas, make it reasonable and offer good service. The one positive, the desk staff was friendly but their hands were tied when it came to assisting us.
